Great sub and excellent service. The staff working in the Baltimore airport terminal tonight (4/2122) were wonderful. They deserve a bonus!Had a long yucky day of canceled flights and they cheered me up!

Ordered A Wreck. Big size. Ordered white bread, they gave me wheat. Smh. Sandwich was bland. Equivalent to subway. Needed a quick bite in the Airport. It was Potbelly or Chipotle. At home we have plenty of Chipotle's. Came to $12.xx for sandwich only. Staff was friendly. Not a long wait. I dont plan to ever go to Potbelly again.

11-18-21 7:30pmI’m sure I would’ve enjoyed my sandwich but while waiting for it to be made I decided to leave after watching the animal behind the counter treat not 1 but 2 customers like garbage. If you’re looking for something to eat at BWI stay away from this place
I have been there several times and It Is Always fast, fresh and very good. Also, not overly priced.
We had like ten minutes at the airport to grab some food. I ordered a BLT, my husband ordered his sandwich and waited to pay and I grabbed a table. I told my husband I wanted to add onion and Mayo to my sandwich. Somehow I got a sandwich with bacon, Mayo and onion. It hadn’t occurred to either of us that on a sandwich called a BLT, that I needed to reorder the L and the T. There wasn’t time to ask for it to be fixed, both because they were busy and we had to run, but it was super disappointing. Terrible dinner.
Good food for an airport. Decent prices and portions. As mentioned, staff is not the warmest but they are efficient and quick, which is more than you can ask. Drinks are still warm in the fridge.
