It's trash now... service used to be great, food used to be fresh... I've had about 5 bad experiences in the last 6 months, I'm done..The chicken is always old and dry now... the mac and cheese is a hoax! And you pay more for the new "mac"... it's the old mac with a chunk of cheese on top.. I'm just going to wait for the new Royal Farms that's coming right next door...
Everytime i come here i get charged more than I’m suppose, but my biggest concern is why have someone work the drive thru when they dont speak or understand english? The guy said no english and started speaking Spanish
Orleans street popeyes, I will not visit again. The crew is rude and speak in spanish while looking at you with disgust. I returned because they forgot my biscuit, if looks could kill! Why would I come all the way back for a biscuit if I had it first? They acted as if I stole something. Terrible customer service. But the chicken was good!
The service was pretty good food was fresh. Good customer service !! Very nice cashier's i only had and issue with the side, I was in a hurry didn't check it!! It was such a small amount , seemed like a half scoop... Not a good value. Now most places has opened for in dinning !! You guys still not letting folks dine in or use restroom's !! Most places are open for dinning now. But it depends on the management !! Ty not a bad experience :)
The chicken was very oily. And they stole two (2) pieces of chicken from me. I paid for a 12 piece manger special and when I got home I only had 10 pices.....
I had to go try that Megan Thee Stallion Hottie Sauce. I ordered the Nuggets so I can get the dipping sauce. Three Wings and two apple Pies because They taste so good. The Staff was Friendly and the Food came out quick. The Tables were clean.
I appreciate the fast service, but you gave me original when my receipt states spicy. Please don't think you can give people what they didn't ask for to keep your drive thru times down and nothing will be said. You would be upset if someone gave you something you didn't ask for. Treat people how you want to be treated, even if takes another minute or two, the rewards are better.
I have always loved Popeyes and the chicken , red beans and rice, and biscuits are out of this world. Love that chicken from Popeyes ?? Their entire menu is delicious.
