Very unfriendly customer service was horrible had to call the manager. When you spend your money you wanna be treated a certain way and that was not it. I will never return to that popeye's chicken again very ghetto and I'm a ghetto type of person personal.
If you like "stank" attitudes and scowls with your food this is the pop eyes for you.....it was like being served by a room full of Wednesday Addams....never been in a place where the entire staff have Resting B$#@-+ Face......stay home...on top... chicken seemed refried and dry
Went to grab dinner, fries tasted like they were cooked in grease that had burnt food in it, my spicy tenders(all they had) tasted like they’ve been sitting for hours and hours. My sprite tasted like water it was completely flat. My man’s fries tasted even worse than mine his breast was not hot it was warm and out biscuits tasted super old. Food and gas cost too much to not have a good experience of the service is poor at least let the product be good.
The lobby was locked because they did have enough employees show up for work! I walked up to drive-thru and placed my order. I ordered classic chicken sandwich with fries and large Dr Pepper. Dr Pepper was flat! I gave it back to employee and asked for Fanta Orange and that was flat!
The girl at the window has disgusting attitude couldn’t read me back my order than says Dhe can’t add to my order after the person taking orders couldn’t take the order right! They need to shut this whole place down and start over!! I sat at the window for over 12 mins with no staff after taking my money to pay for the order.
They need help. I waited forever to get service. Than my fries were lukewarm. They open at 10am I was here at 1015am got waited on 1045am. The only reason I stayed was my son really wanted to eat from here. They knew I was there to order but looked as if they did not care. They could have at least offered me a free drink or a free pie for waiting for long.All I got was (are you eating inside).. I should have said no I just been standing in here for the last 30 minutes for nothing.Go yourself you'll see.
Chicken was horrible everyone should know not to sell cold fast fiod..ots the worse and did the recipe change? Chicken breast mild had absolutely no flavor it was like eating air. So sad shape up or ship out..were only the paying customers
Poor service. The young lady who took my oder was talking was talking to someone out the drive-thru window and when they forgot my drink got an attitude with me. I will not go there again. And the red beans and rice are dry.
Yall need new management and staff yall are running this place into the ground and its sad the owner probably has no idea that yall aint cooking the food right and treating customers like total shot like seriously get some adults in there and save this place i called bbb and the health dept
Okay first of all before you try to argue with a customer make sure your damn chicken cooked all the way. I was argued with for ordering a ten piece chicken and was told I needed to pay 41 cent for sauce. I didn’t get the honey I ask for either… do not eat here and the chicken was soggy af every single big piece of chicken wasn’t cooked properly. Next time argue with a thermometer not your customers. Who ever the owner is definitely needs to hire all new staff based upon reviews there are multiple people complaining of food not being cooked properly… just wow the health department also needs to pay them a visit.
