Honestly need to get rid of management and hire a decent crew that has experience in customer service. Very lazy crew and terrible attitudes! I would love to own this restaurant so I could fire everyone.UPDATE they did fire everyone but now it’s worse then before!!! They need to shut this place down. No one understands English and when you get to the window the young girls ask you to park ! It’s a F’ing drivethru
Foods cold, employees have HORRIBLE attitudes. Claims they’re busy, there’s two people in line and their employees are outside, talking to other people. They served large sides in small drink cups. Out of so much of our original order. When we called to tell them how my mother’s 4 piece meal was missing a piece of chicken, the manager and whoever the girl was that answered did not have me on hold so I heard them in the background yelling about us. Maybe get the orders right and fix your nasty attitudes and we won’t have a problem. 3rd time in a row we’ve had problems here and every time we came to this store, we spent $30-$70 on our orders.
Lady in the drive-thru was talking on here phone . gave me the wrong drink and forgot to give me my sweet heat sauce. Luckily I caught it before I drove off. All I ordered was a 12 piece nugget combo and it was all jacked up. Nuggets wasn't fresh. They needed to change the oil.
Not officially closed, but might as well be. Poor management or ownership. Gas leak the other day and "system down" the next. I think staffing is a huge issue here. The ones that have ended up going to work there are very unattentitive and poorly trained. They lack basic customer service skills and it's unfortunate because at least they show up for work. It just seems they'd rather be anywhere else than there.
These are the wings Popeyes gave me. All 3 were this size. Sauce pack is for size reference. This is ridiculous. Unfortunately I was at lunch and didn't have the time to go back. So I guess won't be going back here again.
Manager was rude. Yelled at me on the phone about my friend picking up my order instead of me (who cares who picks it up it's my order) then hung up. My friend said she was rude to her there and that I still had to call them back to confirm that it's okay for her to pick up. She also said the manager yelled and said she was busy because she was taking care of her two kids there instead of taking care of customers. I'm a mom. I get it. If you have to bring your kids to work then do so, but you have a job at the end of the day and being rude to customers in front of your kids isn't it.
This popeyes seems to be out of almost everything all the time. They always almost always get your order wrong. I went to get a chicken sandwich but ended up with a spicy flounder sandwich. This sandwich also gave me food poisoning.
It was an okay location, they were patient with me when I had an issue with my card. The Mac and cheese wasn't really up to par here, seemed like it lacked the cheese that other locations include in the new recipe. Overall the customer service was great, but get there early and make sure your card works
The last 3 times I went there They had no dark meat and the last time they only had the wing white meat that was it! That was a month ago, so I figured I'd get another try today I sit in line for 25 minutes and it's and they had nothing available if I want it any chicken I'd have to wait! The only thing they had was sides everything else was gonna be wait and they were sold out of a lot of items, All during the lunch rush!! How do you not have food ready for the laundry rush? The service at all fast food right now in Dundalk is horrendous and they think they deserve $15 an hour they are out of their minds if they did the job right maybe. This is the worst service I've had my entire life in the last 6 months!!!
The chicken was ok it was hot and seemed fresh. Although they didnt take the time to mix in the cheese for the macaroni and cheese it looked. Really gooey, unexceptable across the board. The red rice n beans would have been better if they added more rice but that was ok. I wouldnt be ordering from here constantly it seems like everyone is right its either a hit or miss. The biscuits seemed fresh and since its a family meal order I assume they would include utensils and better or jelly but nothing not even napkins etc
