They have fresh food but the service is slow a lot of the time.
I was at this location today and I swear the drive thru person in the Pink jacket needs more training. From the time I pulled up and she started talking to me like she could care less. If you hate your job quit & let people who want to work respectfully do that job. I ordered $30 worth of food. Shrimp were hot fries were cold & biscuits like bricks. I also ordered 2 sprites but the sprite was out so she gave me (2)32 oz lemonades without asking me. Nor did I ask for 32 oz drinks that was her decision.The whole time I remain cool no arguments because you can’t get anywhere like that. She refund the sodas but had no receipt paper so she offered to take a pictures of the register order. Gave me the food no thank you or nothing. Not looking to get her fired but her customer service skills was very poor. Management please have a talk with her so that this doesn’t continue to happen. #PrayingforAbetterService
I was sitting outside for 30mins to wait for them to open at 10:30am. 10:33, the door still wasn't unlocked. They need to send a secret shopper to investigate the situation.

The staff was the worst I ever seen. Racism and unprofessionalism like never before. Even the managers were in on it. Was there for 50 minutes trying to do a pick up last night and end up having to cancel. Because they refused to served me. I would think the reason is, I have an accent. I would encourage all immigrants to stay away from this place. Because obviously, those that works there, have no training in customer service and dislikes immigrants. They even laugh at me while I was going through the door. I felt humiliated, hurt and insulted. This franchise owner should not allow to operate.
This Popeyes need to be remanage the right way they have disrespectful employees who are teenagers a manages that is a teenager that is running the store please help this store do better
First time in my life I've ever gone into a Popeyes with a chicken was just not season well it was hot and it was fresh but it had no seasoning at all
My order wasn’t correct and I never received a refund. This Popeye’s in Dundalk on Merritt Blvd is trash.
Poor Fast food. Not fast at all. My order was wrong once I finally got it after 20 minutes.
The order was not correct but the additional money was charged. The manager was contacted and willing to be of assistance to correct the error
