Adequate/good...that's what they always are. Just a three pice wing, no sides. Flavor and taste are always the same. If the wings were bigger than a small chicken I would have added another star; if they included a biscuit and honey---FIVE STARS.
I went to the drive thru 6/15/22 around 9pm. The woman on the speaker was very rude. I attempted to order the Shrimp Tackle Box and she stated "we don't sell that anymore" (When it is flashing on the menu) Then she yells "We DONT GOT THAT. I ask do you have any shrimp she says nope we don't sell that. I reply ok, might I have a chicken sandwich she yells we DONT SELL THAT EITHER. I pull around because she was beyond rude and she is texting through the window with another woman being extremely rude to everyone who was in the line. I can never understand if you have no desire to work fast food why do you bother. I wanted to ask what did she have to offer since everything I requested I was cut off and snapped at. I left the premises without ordering because the attitude of the young ladies gave "I'll spit in your meal"
The employees was very rude. Ask for fries, got mashed potatoes, ask for red beans and rice, which had a funny taste . Cashier was new and couldn't count. Soda's is flat. Overall they they need more customer service training. Restroom was so nasty to it was pitiful. Needs a make over. 05/21/22 Baltimore Maryland.
The lady’s at the register were rude and didn’t know how to count change. The guy cleaning the windows was on his phone holding a conversation and cursing. I’ve seen cleaner restrooms at a gas station. We received our order and it was incorrect. The tenders were hard, as if they had been sitting out all day and reheated. The drinks were all watered down. This store was nasty and the works were rude and had attitudes. The sewage was backed up outside and the smell carried inside the building
Wednesday at noon, they slammed the door in my face as I walked up and locked it. I hear employees laughing loudly as they all walk away from the door.It would have been nice to have been treated like a normal human. Could have just told me they were closed for some reason.The door hours didn't indicate that it was closed.
4/10/22 Staff spent 30 mins flirting with the guy in front of me. I pulled up and waited about 10 minutes B4 they finally spoke, just to tell me they had no food left, only chicken. Popeyes told me they had no food left, only chicken, because they were closing soon. Please do better
My experience at this restaurant on yesterday was horrible. They had at least 10 people standing around waiting for their food. One cashier and she made people wait and one young lady packing the food. No manager was on duty to assist the ladies up front. They were out of several things that we requested off the menu. The machine that makes the lemonade was down, you had to wait 10 minutes for biscuits, they had no butterfly shrimps, they didn't have any special sauces for the shrimps. Didn't have any coleslaw the lady that packed the food was apologetic. But they cash it was very rude. Customers were staying around complaining. I thought that this was very unprofessional a assistance manager or store manager should have been in attendance to oversee the operation in the running of the store. ?
The cashier has a smart mouth to the customers. I forgot his name but if you visit and he's there then you'll know exactly who I'm referring to... Other then that the food was good. It was hot and everything was fresh after the altercation was over...
Friendly staff...easy no stress experience every time I go here. I like this place. I do recommend that customers go inside because the drive thru seems to get crowded and backed up. But, I can honestly say this is my favorite popeyes.
Unfortunately when we visited they were out of cups larger than a small, they didn't have any sides prepared except for fries , and they gave us so few, I would hardly call it a side.They were unable to give us the soda listed on a menu so we had to settle for Coke which tasted weird and clearly needs a little help.... and the unidentifiable peice of chicken..... we ended up throwing away the entire meal.I will not be back .
