Been going here for about 5 years . . . Service is surprisingly consistent for a fast food spot, but sometimes they forgot my sauce . . . Even though they charge extra for it ??.
Popeye's on Broadway and Orleans Street is not what it used to be many years ago Wednesday on July the 13th to the drive-thru got my order wrong then the chicken was very hard on the outside when I went to bite inside of it the cross part was half done biscuits with hard I will never go back there again they have a bunch of young people working there I don't have anything against the younger generation working but they need to put somebody in there that's older to show them the correct way and I was real hungry I couldn't even eat my food it was a waste of money
They always seem to find a way to mess up my order. I HATE this Popeyes. Tell them you don't want any breast and the whole hooters staff will be in you box. Customer service is horrible. Every time I've ordered from them I left angry and sober saying never again.
I almost lost my salvation at this location if you refuse to listen and your job is to listen then what are we doing!?!?. The young man just refused to listen and if he had he wouldn't have brought the wrong order. The one I tried to give him 3 separate times before we even got here smh ? a very stressful ordeal and completely unnecessary if you'd listen.
Chicken sandwich always amazing but the one near Orleans speaker was down so made the wait longer. Then got my order wrong....arrrgggg.
Chicken tenders were undercooked amd cold in the middle. They wouldn't give me a refund because the "other manager wasn't there."She asked security to escort me out. Security was baffled, called their own manager about what to do, then ended up asking Popeyes manager why I can't get a refund when my chicken is uncooked and it and my side were brought back to the counter.Manager finally gave me my refund with a scowl.
Downloaded the app to get the best price on my meal and they didn't have any Blackened Ranch or ketchup. I get it people run out of supplies but that was the experience I wanted. The coupon stops being valid after 15 minutes so it's not like I could get a refund and go to the next one down the street. Should have went to Wendy's or McDonald's. Super disappointing use of fast food calories...SMH
They never ever EVER have strawberry jelly and it's ridiculous. They also have a tendency to mess the orders up altho they r faster then the one on Howard however they were out of half of their drinks in the soda machine, they had no spicy tenders, my chicken sandwich was pretty much disgusting and not like a Popeyes chicken sandwich at all. It was super overbooked and I ended up only being able to eat half of it. I like Popeyes but I pretty much hate 95% is their locations in and around Baltimore City. They have huge lines that take 45.minites to get thru, they close the inside so early it's insane and again they r always out of butter or jelly or something and then they act like ur crazy when u day something. Do better Popeyes!
The chicken was dry and it took forever to be delivered,but the fries were hot and the apple pie was pretty good.
Do not support this location. I was informed that the special on the board was not offered at that location. So, I asked to speak with the manager. She informed me the prices had gone up and they did not offer that special anymore. I informed her that was false advertisement. She said the boards needed to be updated and they have been waiting for the company to change them. She was very non chalant about ensuring the customer was satisfied. She informed me I could talk to the general manager but he wasn't going to override the price. Overall, they were unprofessional about the situation. It's not the customers fault that the pricey on the board were not changed by the franchise. They should have honored the price on the board. It was very bad for business.
