Came in around 925pm . Ordered a chicken sandwich, this may have been the worst excuse for a chicken sandwich I’ve ever seen. They put so much sauce on this thing the bread was soggy, the breading was gone, melted into the sauce. I go to tell the cashier this sandwich is messed up. The manager comes over takes the sandwich out the bag, sauce dripping, and says this is a perfectly made chicken sandwich, and slam dunks it in the trash as he has an emotional breakdown. The did not have anymore sandwiches so I had to settle for 2 legs and a wing and had to argue with a grown man having a break down to get that. This was the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. And it’s fairly new so that is sad.
Workers could use a customer service class or something. No bathroom, sometimes armed security, and always a wait/long line. Don’t go here if you want to enjoy your day.
This is my 2nd time visiting within the last week. There has been only 1 register/line open, although the line to order has been to the door. I dont understand why there are several workers but only 1 register open on any given day especially during peak hours & days. The workers don't seem to have much order or care for safety of customers in their store. People are scattered all over. There should be more direction. A younger customer walked in yesterday and attempted to cut the line, which I politely did not allow. The cashier wasn't vigilant enough to notice.
They was not fully stock for that day I guess cause they ran out of certain things
They have I girl cashier but she’s like not friendly with the clients I asked for the receipt and she was rude also never said thank you even when I say thank you she’s turned face to other way, today 11/20/21,7:44 pm,

I visited this location tonight at 10pm. This location closes at 11pm. All the food racks were clean as if the was opening up for the first time. They had no spicy chicken. A couple of mild chicken. No fries. This is crazy they put some fries down and when asked about it. He said it would be ready.
Terrible service. Do not come here an hour before they close . They assume they are already close. Took 15min to take my order to be told this all we have and the nothing else is being made wow
8/12/21 @ 8:30pmOrdered 2 chicken strips meals with sweet heat sauce and med. Pepsi and sm. lemonade…everything was fresh, hot, bagged up nice with napkins, straws, jelly and the gentleman working the window was polite friendly and patient. I can see why that location is my daughter’s favorite Popeyes!! TY❤️
Just grabbing a soft drink to quinch my thirst. I do love their chicken sandwich.
