Not a very good place. Service was impeccable but since I was the only one there it's not to surprising. I got the rice bowl with the buffalo chicken and it wasn't so great. The chicken was overly seasoned and really salty, maybe I got unlucky and it was a bad batch. I also ordered chips with some sort of salsa and got chips with Pico, I think that's what he said. Anyway it was bland and filled with about half water, which probably contributed to it's bland taste, anyway the chips and Pico not worth $5.49 in my experience. On a good note the chips by themselves are really good, thick, crispy and slightly on the salty side but I'm grateful that they seasoned there chips. I don't know if they are store made or they precure them from a commissary, you can ask the store. When I was ordering it would have been nice if the service lady made suggestions on what to add to make the bowl more delicious rather than staying silent the whole time. I know it's not her job but it helps out new customers like myself and greatly expedite the line for other occasions but not mine cause I was alone. In the end not a very good firsts time experience. I probably should have tried the rotisserie chicken instead of the bowl but at the moment feel no urgency to have another go. I think there the same chicken but even with the buffalo sauce it was dry, maybe the rotisserie version would be more moist. Probably cause they chop up the version of chicken they use for bowls and burritos which causes the chicken to dry up faster then the rotisserie version. My apologies I went off in a tangent, in truly the end I would only recommended ordering here by following these instructions. Do not rush your order, ask as many question and make sure to get satisfactory answers, ask for a total and question the cashier if the total seems scrupulous. Don't fall for the remark it's the same prices without checking if it's true, it's a method for adding cost or surcharge, quite common I'm afraid.

Chicken is delicious! The beans and rice and plantains hit the spot every time! Everyone is really friendly and prices are good!
