For me, Pizza Hut continues to provide the greatest pizza. All of their staff members were kind and welcoming. Additionally, I adored their new sweets and, of course, their appetizers.
My pizza was cold. Update...my pizza was under cooked! Stuff crust the cheese wasn't melted. $60 worth of Pizza down the toilet. Don't waste your time. They don't care about their service!!!!!
Ordered a pizza, received the wrong toppings. Called the store three separate times. No one answered.
Loved this place we got the dinner box with two pizzas in one with boneless wings and cheese bread it was so good. I highly recommend this pizza hut.
I order and they said I could only get thin crust and I didn’t understand why and it was the worst pizza I ever ate if I am paying for it I should be able to get whatever crust I want
Terrible. Pizzas undercooked barely cheese just dough. The whole top layer was raw dough from all the sauce slapped on it. Poured like 2 cups of sauce for boneless wings just sloppy. Staff constantly running in and out of building like their drunk or high.
Came here a few days ago and I did not enjoy my experience AGAIN. I've been a customer at this location for years and this place have gone downhill recently. I don't get greeted or acknowledged when I come in to pick up my food or place an order. I have to wait for long periods of time just to be told I have to wait a longer period of time so the manager can dilly around instead of interacting with her customers. It’s always the blonde cut lady I have this issue with during the afternoons. I don't think I will be returning to this location anytime soon this happens every time I visit. I hate to say it but I truthfully don’t feel comfortable returning. I witnessed others get better treatment than us colored people Smh should not have to feel like this in any establishment everyone should receive equal treatment if we’re giving the same money. It's so convenient to my shop but I’d rather take my business elsewhere where they actually care about their customers.
Has really declined vs other pizza spots around..... deliveries take forever and food is cold. Even pickup times are extended, they say 15 minutes and then make you wait additional 10 or 15 in store.....
The person who served us was very nice and polite. It's a hit/miss at this location. But the atmosphere was even nicer. One customer came in who was also very pleasant to both me and my son even though my son wasn't feeling his best self. One of my more pleasant visits.
Horrible service. I stood at the counter while staff walked back and forth and carried on conversations. Finally someone walked over and took my order. The pizza wasn't worth the bad service, I won't be returning.I have a standing policy; I don't pay for bad service!!! ??
