Love &Pizza. I had someone new but she was sweet. The person helping her was really in his phone was but also nice.My pizza turned out great.SN/ I wish they would bring back wheat dough!!
I came in today around 130 pm it was really busy and only three people working the manager was so friendly and efficient bouncing back and for to help both of his teammates. This was a great display of leadership not to mention it was clean inside and the pizza was delicious. By far my favorite location ive been too.

I’ve noticed that no matter which store I order from, if I order online, I do not get the same results in person. This time, again ordered pickup and yeah this has been the worse and I’m so disappointed honestly. Both orders were made were wrong, totally. One was for my 4 year old son who loves y’all pizza and the sauce was so spicy. I did not ask for that and I had to go to Domino’s and get him ANOTHER pizza smh. I’m just gonna back off a few months from ordering. Don’t want my son to mistakenly get something that could cause him harm. I’m not even gonna mention the way the pizzas were cut…..
Always on time never long waits, fast and perfect presentation, staff always greets everyone and is so polite and listen to what you want and they take there time with your order
I came in the store today the manager Antwon was very greeting and helpful ,the experience was great , pizza was very good he is doing a tremendous job in running this store. We need more good managers like Antwon. Definitely will be recommending &pizza in Charles village to family and friends :)
This location was one of my favorites . I came in this afternoon and I ordered a dirty bird recommended by the manager on duty he was so helpful there was only four workers there and although he wasn’t busy they never stopped working. The manger was giving out multiple cleaning directions it was just nice to see people care so much about maintaining a clean restaurant. I will be coming back and recommending this location to my friends. Also the pizza was amazing!
I visited this establishment on 01/26/22, and I’m SURE I’ll be back. My friend and I were greeted by Shanee, who took us through the process from start to finish. Shanee made sure the line was cleaned when my friend ordered a vegan pizza, which rarely ever happens. What stuck out even more is when Joe did our toppings and said “I want it to look how you want it to look.” The line was smooth, the customer service is the equivalent of Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience overall.

Edit: came back another day and really liked my order of pesto pizza with chicken and BBQ. Staff still super friendly. Review now 5 stars!Friendly and fast service for sure. Only 3 stars because for the pizza crust, mine somehow tasted a bit bland and cardboard like. The quality of the meat (chicken) could also be a bit better. However, I would consider going back given the staff were so friendly and the solid selection of toppings.
