Yesterday was our first time here and we'll definitely be visiting again soon. It was explained to us that &pizza is like the chipotle of pizza. You start with a crust (around $11), pick your sauce, choice of a drizzle, and so many fresh ingredients (no extra charge) before it's sent through their amazingly fast oven (swear it was like 5 minutes) and there are a few toppings you can choose from once it's out. The pizza was so good and the cookies are also very tasty, the staff was very patient and professional.
There were 2 young ladies working when I went in with my husband. They were very personable and friendly. The pizza was great! We both crafted our own and the ladies suggested finishes. We also had the garlic knots and they were just as good. Yum! ?
The pizza is delicious however, customer service suck EVERYTIME! They don’t speak & they don’t say thank you. They talk over your food with their mask half down. They give nothing but pure attitude. I would never want anyone to lose their job but RETRAINED on customer service would be great.
I only had &pizza twice so far from this location. Once an online pickup in store and today a in-store order …. ALWAYS BUY IN STORE because you get more toppings, pizza handled with care etc. First time I got &pizza and ordered online then picked up I kinda thought the pizza was mediocre and probably wouldnt have given &pizza a chance again. But when you order in store you really get to make it the way you want it. I dont know about anyones attitude like other reviews are saying but the people today made the order very great. Lets not expect four seasons hotel treatment at a pizzeria. It gived what it needed too ?
Avoid this location at all costs! The last two times I've ordered delivery from &pizza it has been a complete disaster. Our orders always get sent to this location, even though we are just blocks from the Fed Hill location. Not only did they get the toppings completely wrong on my pizza, the hot knots I received were cold and completely raw in the center. The text line for customer service issued me a refund after my complaints, which was nice, but now it's almost 10pm and I have to figure out something entirely different for dinner and most places are closed. Never had issues like this with the Fed Hill location, but I doubt I'll ever be ordering from &pizza ever again.
This location is absolutely garbage. Unfortunately, the &pizza app won't let you choose which specific restaurant to order delivery from, nor does it always send your order to the closest restaurant. Lately the app has been defaulting to this location when my local Fed Hill restaurant is too busy. Every time this happens our food arrives late, incorrect, and cold; the last time our knots weren't even cooked properly. I legit love &pizza, and the location in Fed Hill is awesome, but until they sort this out I can't order from them for any location, because they might send my order here.
I’ve been to &pizza 100 times but todays visit was special! The restaurant was exceptionally clean! Shay took our order while simultaneously training a new team member. She had to stop a few times to assist him but was so patient with helping him that we were happy to be patient with her! I’m appreciative that after a long day, Shay def made it better and made me slow my life of a rush down.
I was just in Baltimore for the day and decided I wanted pizza. The ambience was perfect, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was clean. I was pleased to say the least. I definitely will be returning to this location next time I’m in Baltimore. Oh, I forgot to mention that Shadina was awesome. She was very attentive, helpful and made the best pizza.

Stopped at this place when we were visiting Baltimore and OMG it is sooooo good. Its like Chipotle but with pizza, and even better. The staff were so nice and helpful, especially the nice young lady with the colorful hair. Definitely going to stop here again when I come back!!!PS. You should open a store in Pittsburgh!
