My brother and I have gone to Pizza Blitz at Quarry Lake a few times during the past year and the food has been decent. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago we ordered a carry-out 14" pizza and when we got home we saw the bottom was completely burned. We should have called the restaurant to let them know but we did not. This past weekend we ordered another pizza and told them what happened and to "lightly bake" the pizza. While this time it was not burned it was still overcooked to where the crust was very hard on the bottom and the pizza was dry. This time we called a couple days later and asked to speak with a manager and they said the manager was not in. They asked what was wrong and we told them about overbaking the pizza. So all they said is that their policy is that you must bring the pizza back on the same day. Clearly the employee I spoke with did not want to hear a complaint. so we would have to get in the car, drive 4 miles each way just to show them a pizza because they would not take our word for it. Because they do not listen and do not seem to care, we will not return there again. I guess a couple unhappy customers are not an issue for Pizza Blitz. I did rate them a 2 because the cheesesteak sub was very good.
Good food and pizza.But some prices are too high, a plain garden salad large is $7.
I've given this place so many chances that I cannot ever go back. We ordered wings and pizza for the Superbowl. Wings were the worst. Dry, withered wings with no sauce. It's like they were made in the morning instead of fresh. The pizza was terrible as well. Under cooked and very salty. My wife said that's because they use cheap cheese. I'll not ever go back.
Great pizza with great customer service. The staff is very friendly and always there to help. Clean and enjoyable place to grab dinner with the family!
Last year I had 21 days of radiation for prostate cancer at Advance Radiology at Quarry Lake discovered Pizza Blitz between my self wife two daughters son laws 5 grandchildren and crew at AR we tried problem 70 Percent of menu every thing was excellent still go there it’s about 20 min drive well worth it during treatment eat there at least twice a week

I won’t be coming back. The food used to be good—not anymore. Pasta dishes and subs are uneventful, pizzas are just okay, salads are terrible. I ordered pavarotti salad today, the tomatoes were bad, they used yesterday’s onions, which were sour and funky, and the roasted red peppers, which came out of a jar, weren’t drained and soaked the entire salad. Not to mention the chicken was over-cooked and tasted like shoe leather. It was never like this before, but they just don’t have any pride in what they do anymore. Needless to say, since it was a carry-out order, the entire salad was thrown in the trash. I am sad because once upon a time they did make good food.
Got pizza, half cheese/pepperoni and must say the pizza was pretty good ?
The salad was awesome. My son enjoy the pizza and wasn't too greasy. My calzone was everything. I can't wait to come back again. Employees were polite and great
Consistently good pizza, friendly service, quick turn on orders, and easy in and out. Recommended.
