The pork dumplings are 10/10!!! Loved the dessert too - good portion size. Very amazing service - the blonde girl was very welcoming, helpful, and efficient.

Treated myself to lunch for my bday and wasn’t disappointed. I ordered the crab dumplings and sweet and sour cabbage. It was delicious and the service was good.

Painfully slow. Three people ordered ahead of us and it took 45 mins to make a dozen steamed dumplings. It wasn’t like they had take out orders mixed in, just 4 orders. It was not worth the wait.

Pinch had some great dumplings but their ordering setup is ridiculous. You can't order through their site or on the phone. You can only order through Doordash but only for delivery. Then you pay $10+ extra. The site says to call them if you want to pickup but if you call them they tell you that you have to come in to order. So for those of us who are trying to order on our way home or to work you have to not only drive to the location (which in my case is not close), park your car (which you'd do anyway unless someone is running in for you), pay for parking (obviously), go inside to order and wait for an undisclosed period of time. Not very convenient. So after years of ordering from them I'm going to find a new place which has a better way of ordering for those of us who travel to pick up food.

I walked by this place after I had dinner. It looked yummy and I could not resist it so I gave it a try and it was delicious. The staff was super nice and friendly.

It’s be super great if someone manned the business when they have they have the ordering screen available. Waited 15 minutes for someone to finally show up and give me a refund because my food wasn’t made. I used to love eating here but wouldn’t recommend it anymore.

Went there today, but the two men were listening to their phones, or texting. I stood there for several minutes, but neither acknowledged me. I had questions, but I just left.

Couldn’t really tell if it was open or closed since the kitchen was dark. The person working also looked as if they were drinking on the job. They were out of almost everything at 3 PM on a Sunday. The dumplings were too doughy and not anything special. They were also out of soy sauce, which they didn’t tell me until after ordering.

The dumplings I had tasted horrible and and the dough is too thick and not as advertised. They also didn't have anything today except steamed dumplings and they tasted nasty.

I like this place, but the past 4 or 5 times I have went there they close early. "Their kitchen is closed". I understand this is a pandemic, but its frustrating. I get off work, get there are 7:15 on a Thursday and the kitchen is closed? I wonder if the owner knows they close the kitchen early like that but keep the bar open because its easy.
