We were encouraged to try Phillips by a former native but the experience was less than a wow. In a city with so many outstanding seafood choices, Phillips served overpriced, under seasoned dishes in a chain restaurant environment. Crab cakes were delicious but not exceptional.
Keesha, our server was kind and professional. Food was delicious and delivered within a reasonable timeframe. It gets quite crowded, so choose your reservation time wisely! We out in the reservation that we weâre celebrating our wedding anniversary, but no one acknowledged that, unfortunately.
Ryan our waitress was excellent, professional, attentive and knowledgeable. The food portions have gotten smaller and the price has gone up. The kids meal is a fair price under eight dollars. It is getting harder in Baltimore to find parking because some spaces have been reduced downtown near Phillips Restaurant. I really miss the Phillips that was in Washington DC and closed at 15th and P Street NW.
