Terrible management! I deliver for a third party and I dread every time I come here. Every time they miss an order or have to remake you end up waiting 45mins. I used to order from here as well and I stopped ordering from here because they were always sloppy with orders and never wanted to give you a receipt when they had to remake an item. This location definitely needs to be reported to their corporate headquarters.
Very slow service. Have had to wait over 30min for rapid pick up orders on many occasions.The last one took 40 min for a you pick two order…Breakfast is also slow to come out with an empty restaurant.
Very hit or miss. Usually friendly service, the manager is very involved. Who’s getting the lobster at Panera? Great place for a bag of bagels, box of pastries, or lunch.
Did you know a lobster roll is out now!! It is decent and good a light but filling meal. My only recommendation from my culinary background & DMV background is a little bit of old bay.
I don't want to rate lower than 3 stars bc the place is clean and the workers work hard. This location doesn't move as fast as the Towson location but there's better parking.My complaint though is with the Rapid Pickup. I placed my order and arrived 10mins after I received confirmation that it was ready for pickup but I didn't see it on the shelf. I had to go back and check my confirmation. Staff helps and it turns out that none of my order had been started. I use Rapid Pickup bc I don't have a whole lot of time in the morning. My drink was ready 10 mins later and then she begins to work on the rest of my order... I will not be using that service at this location again.
I placed a to go order online at 12:19 and was notified that my order would be ready to pick up at 12: 29. I arrived at 12:30 and received an email on my phone saying that they were running a "little behind". So, while I was waiting I noticed that people came in, ordered their food, received their food, and then sat down to eat. At 12:50 I finally received my order went to my car and navigated out of the very tight parking lot. When I got home I discovered that my salad greens were browning from age and they forgot the pickle for my sandwich. I threw away the salad and ate the sandwich even though the bread was stale. This place has really gone downhill as of late. I will now be going to the many other options locally and don't think I will be back here again.
Waited in line behind two others while the cashier took an order. When he was done, he walked around the counter and asked what one of the people ordered while another man walked in (around us) and proceeded to the other register. Apparently the two people I was standing behind mobile ordered and the other guy knew to go to the other register. I walked out. I don't make a habit of torturing myself by visiting restaraunts that refuse to manage their customer experience from beginning to end. Ignore me at one location, you will not see me visit any location for a very long time.
We order a sandwich and two fruit drinks. Our order was taken in a timely manner, and the wait time wasn't bad at all. They have good customer service.
I purchased a bagel with a fancy name, which I can't remember right now. It was delicious, to say the least. The service was not 100% I suggest the staff be more patient with all ethnicities since we all don't speak with American accents.
