This used to be a 5, but cleanliness alone had taken it down. The doors, floors, counters, walls, everything is filthy. What happened Panera? I understand staffing shortages. Then hire a cleaning company. This store used to be spotless!
I did an online pickup order for the Bistro French Onion Soup on 30MAY22. Was very disappointed when I got back to work and opened it up. As seen in the photo, it was missing the gruyere cheese as well as the homemade black pepper focaccia croutons. Highly dissatisfied!!
Who owns this place?? This is not apart of the Panera family. The customer service is terrible. The best thing to do is order ahead. Wait an extra 10 minutes after your order is ready and then walk in and get it. That is the only way you will have a tru Panera experience here. The food is what you expect... tasty. But the people and the pace. Geez. No one wants to be there. Everyone is a worker bee. No boss on site. Ever. Atleast for the last year. And if there is a boss, the boss is being overan by the worker bees....I've been a Panera customer for 7 years.
While I really enjoy their Asiago cheese bagels- this free reward pictured - a Baja warm bowl -looked half eaten and disgusting when I first opened it at home. If I had paid money for it- I would have returned it for a refund
SLOW! In and ordered with minimal issue, out of signature dressing.. Receipt shows 1:52:45 in, 1 sandwich and 1 salad took 28 minutes to produce. Only 2 orders delivered prior to min during wait. Staff was rude, disinterested and complained the entire 28 minutes. Not my first visit, but, first time this offended. You've got to do better! Picture doesn't show rude female employee..
Walked in at 3pm on Wednesday, no line. It took 15 minutes for a mac and cheese and Caesar salad. To add insult to injury I didn’t even get the mac and cheese, they threw in a surprise soup instead. Your food expo window needs help.
Manager is a nasty b walked in asked if a delivery was ready one of the workers said let me check..comes back your a hour early..im like mam I got the order at 1120 it says pickup by 1137 its now 1130 if the order is going to be 10-15 mins that's fine...the manager refused to give me her name says we're not debating with you the order will be ready whenever we decide to make it end of story its not suppose to be ready till 1245!!come in here all the time never a issue and after today I will never come back! Very unprofessional had about 10 employees standing around sipping drinks scratching there noses,eating pretty unsanitary if u ask me...maybe if the employees were actually working the food would have been ready?♂️
Cashier didn’t pay attention to order at all and ended up getting something we didn’t order after waiting 15+ minutes for a breakfast wrap, charged $3 for a water cup. Need to hire better staff
I am a faithful Panera customer. This location is very convenient and food is good. However, I give two stars because the customer service is still an issue. It’s horrible. Staff seem to need more training on that area. There is no welcoming attitude from the staff who takes the order. Customer service is essential.
This place is normally great. But whoever was working on 3/17/22. Around 7:20 pm. The entire team needs to be fired. 3 people on their phones.numerous people walking around doing nothing while there is a line. I paid extra money for something I did not get. Get rid of them. Paid over 20 bucks for Caesar with extra chicken but did not get any chicken at all. Only to not get it. Like i said. Normally they don’t have an issue. But the crew working the 3/17/22 shift around 7:20 pm. Get rid of them.
