I order every morning almost. Atleast 3x a weekSince it’s right down the street. I always get a fruit cup but they never fill it up. I use to think my door dash driver was eating it cause it’s like no way y’all skimp that much and fill it half way. It’s $3 for 2 bites of fruit. That is wrong and it’s been the past 3 times I gotten fruit. Fill it up and stop being greedy
Panera messes up my order every single time, does not matter what location I go to.. How do you mess something up when the ingredients are in the name??Ham & cheese sandwich- no ham?From this particular location it has been 2 times in a row that I ordered a bacon wrap and both times I received 0 bacon in the wrap. Don't charge me full price if your not going to give me what I ordered. We will not be going back to any Panera as the people are incompetent.
Servicer taking our order was so unfriendly and took a full minute before she ask us what we wanted. Restaurant was very dirted and tables were Disgusting. Sad because this not how I have come to know Panera's ?
Its Monday at the 3:40 pm I had to wait for cashier to stop looking at her phone to help me andbthebshe had attitude for doing her job hope management reads this message and make policies. No cell phone at work. And they cooks keep using cruising in front of customer not cool . I never write bad review hopefully someone get this store on order
Ok service, the lady behind the counter getting our order of bagels ready was slow as molasses. Took her jolly time getting the things, then took her time sending each one thru the slicer, and then sloowwlllllyy put them in bags (combining cinn crunch and everything ??) whatevs ... Maybe she was new but it took forever just to get 13 bagels in a bag
Soups and Salads and of course the Flatbreads, Green Tea...?
Update:Giving this place a try after 6 months of my below review. Today, I was served my order on a wet dish. By the time I seated myself, my bakery absorbed all the water that was on the dish.--------------This review comes after two years of regularly visiting this location.Staff at this location offer you the worst ever possible attitude, and that's why I have always been ordering in-cafe pick-up. At first, I thought it was an individual staff attitude or they are just busy, but now I definitely think it's a culture at this location.This morning, the manager took my order, and he was absolutely like was forced to take my order. I was a few steps away from begging him to ring my order up. He sets an example of how lack of respect and communication skills could push away regular customers!I saw the same attitude from the manager toward a delivery person who was picking up an order just before my turn!I recommend Baltimore National Pike location over this one.
Visited on a Saturday morning and let me say...It was ALOT of Black Girl Power energy in there! It was awesome and a well oiled machine! They were on point and very accommodating! Good job ladies! ????
Panera BreadI went to Panera Bread by Security Square Mall.This happened before. I got a sandwhich and the younglady at the front did not Tell them to make my sandwich right.They threw beacon on there and I did not ask for it. They did not give me a whole sandwich which I wanted.Check your food when you go there and watch how they make it.Normally they okay but they got to check how they make folks food.
