I called the location on 7/4/2022 before driving all the way there. I asked the store hours and if they had certain items available. I was told the restaurant would be closing at 8pm and yes they had teriyaki chicken and no teriyaki sauce. I said okay, I’m on my way. To arrive and the doors are closed at 5:30pm, drive thru only and have the Exact cash. They could’ve told me that over the phone. Then i tryed again today 7/5/2022 and it’s still not open. Avoid this location people, it’s a waste of time and gas money.
Please avoid this location at all cost!It's so disheartening how disgusting this location is...and that's mainly the employees. The customer service is trash. The actual food is prepared in an unsanitary kitchen. The staff is constantly just sitting around. Today, the inside was closed....with no explanation and the drive thru line was horrendously long. About 10 people inside; and all of them are inadequate at doing this job. It's a shame how many people have jobs and no work ethic. No pride in their work or appearance. Just a bunch of kids looking for a paycheck.
1 the drive thru is closed, 2 they were out of large and medium entrée containers and tried to convince me the same amount would fit in a small...ok sir...I'm going to the on on Rte 40 they're always fresh friendly and stocked!
Disgusting. One why is the drive through closed that makes no since they have over 8 employees in here why is the line long gets to front w white employee scoops some wok shrimp in a bowl and begins to eat it that’s just nasty. Goes to make my order they are not making any more wok shrimp but your employees eating directly out of the pan
The good was fresh and tasted as I am used to. Service was slow and not very friendly. Stood a long time in the pick up line without even being acknowledged. Super frustrating.
There was a time when my order was wrong but have no complaints on the food and portion. I enjoy there food.
We all should know this by now. Over the past 15 years, this location has ALWAYS been a terrible experience. Horrible customer service or should I say non existent. Close early, open late, items almost never ready or not available, charge you for items you did not ask for. No responses from Management. Out of the thirty five states I been to and the ones that have Panda Express, this is the only one that ever has given me a problem. Close this location, seriously!#Baltimoreemployees#smh
Small portions, unfriendly customer service. Expensive for what little bit of food that's put in the take out containers. Drive through never open which is an inconvenience. I gave 2 stars because my 10 yro likes the food, I don't eat it.
They have poor customer service. Always some type of issue with this restaurant. examples are: We are not excepting cash today, only cards. On another occasion, its, we only have a few selections that can be ordered, regardless of the menu. Another problem is, you are asked at the drive thru to come inside to order. All of these conditions are persistent over time. They need to get it together. I hate going to this location.
Everytime I go to this location they have one thing and not the other. It like having the peanut butter and not the jelly. The teriyaki chicken should always have sauce. Tonight was one of those nights.
