After waiting 15 minutes for a table, we were seated. We waited 20 minutes and asked someone walking by who our wait staff was. He returned and said they will be out. He proceeded to bus a table nearby. We waited another 7 minutes and left. Never had any one of the many staff members that passed our table stop and speak to us. Thanks for nothing but a waste of time.

Had to change my original 5 star of this restaurant. My family has eaten here for years. Had many family events here over time.. We're were told no reservations anymore here. We were celebrating my brother in laws birthday and they told us to come in and they could set us up no worries. We have family come from out of state for this and when everyone arrived we were told a 2 to 3 hour wait. The general manager could have cared less. The waitresses were amazing but the management is terrible and thanks for ruining a family surprise event despite weeks of planning with your employees to ensure this wouldn't happen. General manager could have cared less. Sad and we will never go back

We told our server Jessie that we we're getting married tomorrow, and she gave us a dessert with a written message in chocolate! Very nice and appreciated. We had a good sized party and our server was great. The food was on par as well. Thank you so much for making this experience. We'll be back.

Love it, probably the best restaurant I've ever been to. Server was very nice! Very attentive she checked up on us every 20 min (we stayed for about an hour) she helped us with whatever we needed (even in the busy crowds and stuff) wish I remembered her name. She had blonde hair and brown eyes though. Place was nice and clean, food was delicious I got the fettuccine Alfredo my boyfriend got the tower of Italy my half sister got the cheese ravioli and my cousin got the spaghetti. All was delicious, I will definitely be coming back here!

Ordered a soup and garden salad. There was “HAIR” all throughout the salad!….two different types of hairs might I add. Your food preps and chefs need to wear hair nets at all times to avoid things like this. I am really disappointed because I normally have a good experience but things change.

Eggplant Parmesan was delicious. But the salad? I spent five minutes digging out the rusty lettuce. And by the way...what the heck is that? Where's the quality control? ??

This is one of my favorite places to dine out. I love the decor. It makes me feel like I am in Italy. The food is great and the portions are good. Most of the staff are pleasent. However they don't always offer advertised options or the option will be slightly different from ad. ( price or stipulations). So if your unsure ask questions before you order to avoid any problems.

We came for an early dinner and only had a short (5 minute) wait to be seated at a table with two chairs and a comfortable booth. Our waitress was very pleasant. The bread sticks came with a large bowl of crisp, fresh salad and the house dressing. This was excellent. A large portion of lasagna was one entrée and it was very good. Our second entrée was from the 'build your own pasta menu' and we selected spaghetti with a meat sauce and three nice size meatballs. This dish was also very good. The establishment was clean including the restrooms. Pricing was reasonable. Upon leaving the wait time to be seated was lengthy even though the restaurant can accommodate many persons.

Food was good...have had great tastes elsewhere though...loved the strawberry mango ice tea...

No way should a VETERAN on VETERANS DAY have to wait 15 minutes after being seated just to get their DRINK order to be taken while people that came after them be served first! Terrible service & no one available to help. Horrible first time coming here!
