Haven't been there in a while but I had a taste for stroganoff. So I got my wifes order put it in and lo and behold they no longer sell the steak stroganoff. After reading everything twice I get the roasted garlic cream tortellini. I subber the tortellini out for buttered noodles and added a protein.What I got was tortellini with a roasted cream sauce in which the cream had split absolutely a waste of time and money. I deleted the app and crossed them off the list as another chain that is doing it wrong and not work my money and certainly not being an employee of, which is why they are often short handed
We were greeted by a friendly cashier tonight who was very personable (I didn't look at her name but she had cool funky glasses on), the food was hot and the parmesan crusted chicken on our meals was the best it has been in a while! We only gave 4/5 stars because this is the second time we have had dinner there recently and the air temperature was frigid again!! It's no fun eating while shivering.
Great portions, great prices. We were on vacation and ordered pickup to take back to our hotel. It was ready right on time. The employee at the counter was friendly. I wish we had one of these in our area. My penne Rosa was incredible.
They didn’t have chopsticks, and the white guy who appears to be a manager? kind of acted like it was OK no explanation no substitute. He gave me someone else’s order by accident. Never bothered to call my name or the order. I later heard him give the food to the rightful person after I already opened a container. During Covid people are still behaving this way. Like he doesn’t care that I touched it and didn’t bother to remake it again for that person. There was hardly any Thai sauce in the noodles. It wasn’t good at all
I would have given 4 stars but the shrimp Mac & cheese had no taste and the girl Rebecca does not like her job very poor customer service. She takes orders and deals with people but has a terrible attitude
Used to be great. They no longer skillet cook the food when you order it. Now it’s pre-made and just heated up in a Microwave. You’ll get some warm noodles and some still cold noodles.
Ridiculously fast!! I love noodles and company and am never disappointed. This is my first time at this location and my food came out SO quickly.
Vegan, never been to noodles. Ordered Japanese pan noodles with tofu. No broccoli AT ALL, very little mushroom. Very little tofu. Very little flavor.
Great service, very friendly and you get your order super quick! I didn’t get the guys name who took my order but when I told him it was my first time there he was super helpful with explaining what each item had.
I have been coming to this location since my kids were young. It has slowly deteriorated. The food is not bad but he portions have defiantly decreased over the years. Also, as some else previously noted the tables are not cleaned regularly.
