Exquisite Chinese cuisine!

My SO and I sat at the bar; the bartender was lovely and gave me recommendations on drinks. He made a show out of preparing the drinks. The food was to die for. We ate all of it and I would definitely go back.
I spent one night in Baltimore, Maryland and I decided to go to Nihao, which has received important recognitions, including nominations for the James Beard Awards (the 'Oscars' of the food industry). I was greeted very nicely as soon as I stepped into the restaurant and my waitress was very attentive and explained the menu to me. I ordered the chicken crispy noodles and the shrimp and pork fried rice. And they were both delicious. You could tell in a second all ingredients used were fresh. The grilled vegetables had the ideal consistency and the chicken was tender, juicy and full of flavor. The shrimp were also great, and the accompanying pork and the rice really worked well together. The last time I had such amazing Asian food was in my last trip to Peru.
Went for dim sum yesterday, and it was absolutely delicious. Only thing we didn’t love was the spicy pork vermicelli mostly because it wasn’t spicy. We also ordered the duck spring rolls, and they too were delicious. We will definitely go back!
The absolute best dinner we have had in a long time! The drinks were fantastic...my husband had the High Fashion and kept saying over and over how good it was and may have used the word "perfect". We started off ordering a few different things and dove right in as each dish was brought to the table in intervals as it was made. Fried rice with pork and shrimp, shrimp dumplings, half Peking duck, pork spare ribs, sticky rice, and duck spring rolls. Everything was delicious! The most notable of the evening being the pork spare ribs (I started giggling while eating them that's how good they were!) and the Peking duck. The duck was juicy and full of flavor with perfect crispy skin... I wish we would have ordered the whole duck! Our server was very attentive and great at keeping water on the table and delivering/removing our dishes. GREAT first experience here and we can't wait to go back! I was terrible at taking pictures before devouring the food!... Next time ?
This restaurant blew my mind. I truly felt as though I was back in Asia with the food! My brother and I had the dim sum set for lunch which was fantastic! The entree - the chow mein was not to my liking needed a bit more spice!Service was top notch, the ambience is great! I am definitely going back for their cocktails!
Went to NiHAo last night for my birthday. Best Chinese food I’ve had in Maryland hands down. Service was good and the manager was super friendly. We got the shrimp dumplings, crispy egggplant, mushrooms and last but least Tangerine Beef .The food came out fresh and hot and I love how you can share everything. Definitely will be back as the whole menu looked good, they have dim sum . ♥️?
So we did the dim sum set and added the pork with peppers and onions.Service - very good and happy with ability to provide recommendations.Food - we were warned this is not the traditional style dim sum that I would expect from my many trips to HK or nearby areas. The pull apart pork bun were great, chicken wings left a bit to be desired on flavor, the duck orange salad was really good but recommend to remove the duck skin in the future as not a good match for the salad, the sweet potato dish was really good, the lo mien was good for US standards but the noodles were too glutinous for this dish, and the dessert seemed to be missing a flavor for the peach but still positive.Will come back for more.
I had takeout from here a year ago but decided to dine in and we were not disappointed. Love the family style meals. Great place to take visiting friends and family.
