The food was good, simple dishes, quite expensive for what it was. We spent 30 dollars in a plate of grilled chicken and salad and 6 chicken wings. Employees were nice with us and the customers, but they were screaming at each other, all seated at the front table, chatting and laughing very loud. Pretty unprofessional I would say. Not sure that I want to come back.
Don't try to go in here and order without a phone. The few remaining employees who have a job there get upset if they have to use a point-of-sale service due to their corporate overlords keeping the barest of minimum of staff by redirecting everything by having the client order with no interaction of the employees.It's okay, you guys can defend how that is a good business practice while you're being taken advantage of for your time by a company that's constantly cutting costs with no damns about you.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon at 1pm and got a seat right away. Very friendly staff. We had our 7month old with stroller and they were very accommodating. The food was definitely delicious! My husband got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and coleslaw and I had the peri-peri chicken bowl as both were recommended by our server. Very flavorful and filling for lunch. We can’t wait to go back the next time we visit Baltimore!
I popped in to Nando's on our way to a concert with my family. We had to scan a qr code for the menu which is pretty normal nowadays. We tried to order from the app for sit in but unfortunately the app was not working for us. None of the employees tried to help us at first and the server was new and didn't really know what to do. After a while we went to the counter to order. We waisted 15 to 20 minutes figuring our the app situation and another 35 minutes waiting for the food. Now, the food was delicious. I will give them that. Very good food. Chicken was very flavorful and fries has the right amount of kick. Salad was very good too. I really loved the Blood Orange and Mango lemonade. The vibe in the restaraunt is pretty cool and seems like a cool hangout for young crowds. Not the best service for my experience but very good food.

Great food, the ordering experience was bad. First off I loved the food, got a peri peri hot chicken sandwich, the chicken portion was huge and it was juicy and well seasoned. I'd definitely come back. Ordering did not go well, you have to order through a qr code on the table and pay online to send an order in, there wasn't an option to use a paper menu or order from a order desk. I don't have a qr code capable device so had to borrow a friend's phone. The order website was also confusing because more than half our group accidentally ordered a take out order instead of in the restaurant so the option wasn't very clear online. The wait staff were awesome at getting it fixed and extremely friendly with great attitudes. Loved the food
I thought this would be a great place to eat until I got there. I was waiting to be seated as I looked at the menu and the lady at the front never even looked at me to seat me. She just kept looking at her phone like she wanted to be anywhere but at work. After a few minutes I took a phone call and left. I'll never stop by this place to eat when I'm in town.
Food was good.Cashier was very friendly.The inside was clean and everything was great until I seen the cook wasn't wearing gloves. People covid or not you're dealing with food wear gloves.
It is unfortunate, but the quality of this restaurant fell off a cliff since I last dined here two years ago. Service was slow and uncoordinated; the cashier in particular had her motivation meter dialed down to zero. Hopefully they're just in a temporary slump with staffing. Nando's is overall still excellent
