This place is like Chipotle for salads. It's not great, not terrible. I save places I eat at usually but won't be back to this spot. If you want something that isn't fried, isn't a burger, etc you'll be fine . I'll get a salad somewhere else if I want some greens next time.
Honestly, a 3 is generous but I recognize that with Covid ongoing everyone is having issues. Props to the employees for doing their best but the whole experience during the lunch rush was not good. I went in for the juror special and they no longer honor that so I ordered something I wouldn’t have actually wanted if I had known. Additionally the service was slow (20+ minutes) and they made my salad wrong anyways. When I went in to get my missing ingredient I got the tiniest little cup of it. It tasted fine but I wish I had gone just about anywhere else for lunch. Again, props to the employees for doing their best but there are so many nearby better and quicker options.
Great, fresh, nutritious food at reasonable prices. Try to arrive before noon to beat the lunchtime rush.
about a week ago the line in nalley fresh was almost exhausting to wait in only 2 or 3 staff members for so many people and so much food the energy was not fresh in this establishment and it seem like there was tension between some of the staff overall my salad was okay but i wont be coming back
It's a $13 salad but it's one of the only healthy options that's quick and downtown. I'm glad they survived COVID and the staff was much nicer than my last visit which I appreciated. It's a good spot for a healthy option.
The food is usually always great. However the staff never has smiles on their faces, they always look like they dont want to be there and can be kind of slow. theres a woman named CeCe that works there and she has a horrible attitude, she shouldnt be in any type of manager position. she was very nasty to her staff and was throwing dishes around and causing a scene in front of customers. the other staff was obviously very bothered by it. it was very unprofessional. this is the same woman that on another occasion, gave a very hard time to the people that used the "Too Good To Go" app. she made a huge fuss, saying that she didnt have time do be doing that when she has other things to do and cant stop to make these orders. she said that store isnt participating with the app any longer but im not sure she has that call. something definitely needs to be done about her. not someone that i would want working for me.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! Had to stop going there because of how bad I felt seeing this one girl do all the work. The so call manager decides to yell at the staff when the lines get long instead of hoping in the line & helping! Made me want to jump over the counter & help the poor girl. Every time I was pass I always see her doing something while everyone else giggling and socializing. Feel completely terrible for her. She should be promoted to manager, clearly without her it would be a complete s**t show.
Food is delicious and fresh. Restaurant is super clean. Excellent service!
They recently brought in all new staff and that was a great idea. The staff is much friendlier, everyone is actually wearing masks, and the place is visibly far cleaner. With the old staff dishes would be piled high in the sink and it looked like a disaster. When I went a week ago the place was spotless. Very happy with these changes
2nd time here and won't be back. No idea how this place has any good reviews... they have no idea what they're doing and hate their jobs. Asked for a sweet potato bowl and was told the sweet potatoes weren't cooked yet? At 1pm? I don't even know what that means. Ordered something else. Got a wet slop of a meal in a bent paper bowl that a lid wouldn't secure onto.Shame the inner harbor location closed during covid. Gave this one a 2nd chance because it was convenient for me being on jury duty all day and what a waste of time and money. I know I sound like a Karen but I'm quite easygoing... didn't complain just wanted to pay get my food and gtfo. Just a sad thing to pay 12 bucks to experience.
