If you need to scratch an ice cream itch, Moo Moo Cows has your back.I've had both their ice cream and soft serve and confirm they both slap. ? Their vanilla/chocolate twist has a richer chocolate flavour compared to the standard ice cream truck variant. They gave me a sample of their banana/Reese's twist and it was crazy good as well. ???They are particularly known for their waffle cones. If you're comparing it to regular waffle cones, it's much thicker and has a notable cinnamon flavour. It's a bit overpowering for my taste, but I recognize that's a preference thing.You can't go wrong with ice cream or soft serve here.
An absolute must try when in Baltimore! The staff are super friendly and you can try out their different flavors before buying. If you’re a brownie and chocolate lover, definitely get the brownie flavor, you won’t be disappointed. Their options are not only super fresh, light, not super overwhelming, but they’re also from a local farm in Pennsylvania, if I’m remembering correctly, so the small business aspect is definitely present. And if you’re a fan of soft serve, they got you too!!
Amazing experience top to bottom. The owner and ice cream server were incredibly welcoming and generous and let us try a TON of flavors before committing to some ice cream. Great atmosphere and excellent ice cream.
Definitely check this place out! Very kind owner and friendly staff, fun decor and music, and delicious ice cream / soft serve that is more reasonably priced than other local ice cream shops. I tried the Moo Moo Cookies which is their version of cookies and cream and enjoyed it a lot! There was also a Cinnamon Toast Crunch soft serve which was delicious!

As a vegan, I had avoided going to this ice cream shop since they had the fresh farm dairy tagline. But I discovered they have a weekly rotating vegan soft serve ice cream each week! The ice cream was amazing and the owners are so sweet. Prices are affordable and the vibes are immaculate.
I was visiting from Minneapolis with a large group and we stumbled upon Moo Moo Cows while walking to dinner. We immediately decided we’d have to stop by for dessert, and let me tell you, it was the best decision we made while in Baltimore! The ice cream is delicious and sold at an incredibly fair price, and they have daily specials that give you even more bang for your buck. I had the cappuccino delight and the pistachio, and it was absolutely amazing! The service was great and the owner took time to talk to us and give us a warm welcome to Baltimore. I know that whenever I find myself in Baltimore, Moo Moo Cows will be first on my list of places to visit.
