Would’ve gave 5 stars. But yesterday the manager at this location around 8pm, very disrespectful to me and my mother. He was telling me when he wanted to put cheese on my pizza. The employees and managers that are being hired at this location have no type of manners or respect. They do not even greet you like the old staff would when you come in. Something needs to be done. He said he was there for 3 months. But he was very rude and nasty. It was so difficult for him to make the salad and pizza. He had an attitude about me asking for toppings on the pizza. He actually had the audacity to tell me and my mom when he wanted to add the cheese to the pizza. To me that is not good customer service and it’s using force to customers. If you guys do not fix this manner . I will be reporting you guys .
I love Mod! There are so many topping options, and the pizzas are fresh out of the oven. This location is in a nice complex with multiple restaurants and workout studios — it’s great!
Vegans Beware: Poor cross contamination procedures. Meat was in every veggie. Gloves weren’t switched to prevent cross contamination and there’s no point in asking them to do as such. If they only switch gloves on request, that means it’s not a part of their procedure. Too bad. I enjoyed this place until i found that out.
Didn’t get a chance to eat. Workers were cool but according to them, it isn’t restaurant policy to avoid cross contamination with meat and veggies. If you’re vegan and care about that sort of thing—having pork carcass juice on your broccoli—I’d avoid.
Really good pizzas at a good price!The employees are all really nice-very friendly and welcoming. And the concept is pretty cool-as others have said, it's like a Chipotle for pizza. You pick your size crust, type of sauce, and then you can pick as many toppings as you want, and it doesn't cost any extra. Which is fantastic! It's nice to get the veggies I want and an extra type of cheese on top without paying $5 more than the menu standard.
Great vegan pizza. Loved availability of all the toppings. Tasted delicious! I did order plant based sausage and didn't really get a lot of that. Was cooked very well done so there was some charring on the underside but I couldn't taste it so I didn't mind. Would highly recommend getting the mega dough! It’s a must!I don’t like thin crust pizza ? so i was more than satisfied with the mega dough. So flavorful ?. Would visit in person and order again. I got it delivered through Door Dash and altho it wasn’t piping hot like I usually like it, it still tasted really good. Taking one star off mainly because it wasn’t warm when it was delivered. Pizza did end up being a bit pricey but I don’t have much to compare it to.
Went here for lunch yesterday, ordered 2 pizzas? .1.The server mistakenly gave our food away to a woman so they gave us a free drink??♀️2.Presentation was well overall, however the server over dressed our pizza with garlic. He threw big chunks of garlic all over the pizza you can see it wasn't even or Sprinkled as a seasoning. So the garlic taste was overwhelming.3. The tomato sauce was mediocre, tasted like chucky cheese, childish sauce.4. Thick crust which I'm a fan of. Mottz cheese was nice and stringy. Basil and chicken toppings were very tasty ??
First time visit. Had the mini pizza. The thin crust was awesome. The bathroom had an automatic motion light that didn't stay on for much more than 30 seconds, which really isn't nearly long enough for someone to finish what they started. Startled me a bit until I figured out I had to be always moving.
I work near this place and I have been ordering pizza all summer long and almost weekly from here and today I received the pizza that had literally only one pepperoni on each slice and when I called to complain about it they said that that was a standard amount and that they couldn’t do anything about itMost likely will find another pizza place that will make a decent quality pizza
Customer service at this branch has really gone downhill. We were waiting to order for 15 mins. The employee completely ignored us. Then her friend walked in and she explicitly told us that she will serve her first. Why have lines in the first place ? Will definitely NEVER eat at this branch again.
