Everything we ate was absolutely amazing. Food was very well seasoned. From The whiting fish, to the crab cakes, shrimp, Mac and cheese was all amazing. And the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. This is a place I will visit again when I come to town.
Unfortunately the customer service wasn't good for my experience. Placed an order for it only to be canceled an hour later. No phone call or explanation. I was already on my way because of the distance and they were there but still nothing. At least 3hrs before they're supposed to close. Very unfortunate. Hopefully this was just an anomaly.
Every single bite was super delicious. Definitely gonna go back to try more items and bring more friends.
6/22/22 when to the new location ordered my food. I was empty. I waited 30 mins…no food. Two friends of the cook Steven came in he was happy to see them. Another 10 mins go pass, still no food. By now the two friends of the cook start getting there food, the cook was standing there talking and laughing with them. I hour pass and still no food. I ask the server and the cook where is my food and the fact that I was there before anyone came in, and still no food. He and the cashier told me he did even cook my food. This is truly unacceptable. I never got my food BTW. Make sure if you go here to keep reminding of your food order and tell the cook. It’s a business not his house to entertain his friends.
First time there yesterday, had Cat fish, Yams and greens, the food was delicious to me, my mom and husband enjoyed as well.
If you want some real soul food this is the place ? Everything I had was fresh, season and so tasteful!!!
Simply put,,,,,Miss Carter's gets 100%!!!!! Wow!!!!! No wonder people coming in there leaving with bags!!!!! Wow!!!!! The food is absolutely marvelous!!!
Miss Carter's Kitchen is one of the best soulfood restaurants in the City, I can't get enough of the fried chicken and that Carter sauce is a missile!
Not going to lie the food is delicious, however I only get one thing on the menu when I’m visiting Baltimore & that is the chicken & shrimp Alfredo which takes 45 minutes to an hour to be ready, usually a whole hour+ but they neverrrr EVER EVER answer the phone. So I’m already driving 3 hours up the road to get here & I can’t even call my order in ? so I have to wait a whole extra hour & that is absurd to me, the phone just rings & rings. It’s unprofessional & that’s why I’ve taken my business elsewhere.
