Well I'll start with the call to place the order. HELLO, I had to ask is this Melt, yes. I'd like to place an order, silence, Hello. So skipping to pick up my food, yes I still placed the order. Several people had nice things to say so I wanted to believe the food was good. 2 small pieces of tilapia good taste though. A very small portion of greens and did I mention they open @ 12, So I believe the hard Mac n cheese was heated up to start the shift off. I got a side of cabbage and it was old as well. Won't be going back no time soon.

I had the salmon sub, it was sooo good. My fries probably would have been good if they were not cold. However, I guess the women working was alone. Although there are bells on the front door, I stood in the front for about 10 minutes before the lady in the back (I guess she was cooking) came out and asked if I was picking up. Nope, no greeting or anything. She didn’t even say thank you. I asked for an email address in order to send this review via email as a coaching opportunity but I was advised that there was no email address. I get that businesses are struggling to find good workers right now. But this type of service definitely need to be addressed.

My experience with this restaurant was none. I placed an order with them through door dash. I received 1item and 2 drinks; half of my order. When I called to get a solution; I was told I could come out there and get the other half of my order. I paid door dash. NOT!

The food here was the best soulfood I've had in this area. Definitely was cooked with the love of soul fold cooking. I will ne making it my go to for soulfood

First and foremost, I am a new customer and I will NEVER order from here again. Second, the customer service is bad and I don’t appreciate how the lady who answered the phone was talking to me. Third, I asked for a shrimp cheese steak and they gave me the Sub without the shrimp. ( which was pointless) when they charged me $6 for shrimp and when I called about my order, the lady act like she had an attitude when I am SPENDING MY HARD WORK MONEY there. It’s unacceptable.

Truly appreciate the customer service and the food is amazing. Would recommended everyone support this family black owned business. Thank you again will continue to support.

They need to change their hours of operation. I placed an order on a Wednesday at 7:30pm. They were supposed to be open. Ordered through their website drove over and the place was closed. Very disappointed. Now I gotta go through my bank to get my money back… I’d like to try them again and give a better review ??‍♂️

Last month we ordered cheesteak subs and they were absolutely loaded with meat. The past two weeks there has been only a thin line of meat on the sandwich. They are no longer worth the high cost since they decreased the amount of meat. Sad.

The service was great. They called to confirm my order. When I walked in, they called out my order using my name. Not a number. I liked that. However, I ordered the chopped fish sub. And I did not expect the old bay season. I know it's a Baltimore tradition to have it with seafood. But it was too much. It overwhelmed all the other flavors and spoiled it for me. But I also ordered onion rings. They were perfect. Crispy but not greasey at all.

I received a cheesesteak sub and the flavor was nice but is was too salty???‍♀️
