This place is horrible. From the workers to the manger. All the female there is having a loud, ghetto conversation. All while customers are forming. The mangers mother came in and cut the line to get free items. The manger now is doing thisThe place was a mess. I didnt even ordered my free. I just got something from the 711 across the street.

Had to wait at drive-thru for over 20 mins at 11.50pm....felt like sitting on capital beltway in rush hour time.

One of the worst McDonald's restaurants I've ever been to! There's ALWAYS plenty of employees working in the kitchen area, however, it seems that everytime I go here, there's only ONE register open in the dining area. When people's orders are taken (in-store) it takes more than sufficient time to receive it. It seems their focus is concentrated on the drive thru. This particular day I went there it was only two customers in the store. Before I left there were more than fifteen customers, and they all waited a substantial amount of time to receive their orders. I even watched two DoorDash drivers get frustrated because they waited so long for their orders. One DoorDash driver even got frustrated and left because he waited a long time and the order wasn't ready. I'd contribute 0 stars if I could. Service is awful.

The cashier when I came in there at 8:30 a.m. in the morning had excellent customer service I didn't get a chance to get her name and I don't normally eat fast food like that but my breakfast was fast an excellent best McDonald's I've had

I love it how everytime we go there at night the crew is too busy joking amongst themselves and we have to triple ask to make sure the order is right only to get out of line when the inside is closed to find out both the cashier and handler did not check (out of laziness or miscommunication) and the order is still wrong. The breakfast is okay for this location but the hotcakes are always slightly overdone. And they forgot my friend's cheese on his egg McMuffin with cheese. The service quality always seems like a coin flip.

It's 10pm and I ordered food thru the app for in store pick up and yet AGAIN the doors r locked! The store sign says 11pm for when the inside closes but somehow at 10pm they're talking about they are not taking inside orders. Well then u may want to turn the inside orders off in the app bcuz there is no way I would have sat in a drive thru line for 2 pies! They really need to stop this, if ur sign says 11pm then u can't close at 9:55pm or even 10:50pm and if u do, then u need to update the app. I'm also a GrubHub driver and I don't take fast food orders after the inside closes so I don't have to sit in half an hour lines bcuz time is money, but if they don't go by their OWN RULES for the times they close, then how can we work correctly? Do u know how many times I've taken a McDonald's order and had to cancel it bcuz when u got there the inside was closed 2 or mire hours before the closing time posted in the door? Get it together McDonald's, I mean really, what is the problem? This store wasn't even short staffed so I don't get it. I'm just tired of this and it seems to be happening more and more lately....

When it’s slow, the least you can do is get the order right, and have hot product coming to the customer since things sitting after a time should be discarded. Also, a 20 piece nugget should have all 20, and a wrapped burger should not be poking out of the wrapper. The females on the afternoon shift need to be more productive, if you have one job, why get it done wrong?

They messed up my order charged me $30.00 when I said something the girl got an attitude like I was bothering her because I wanted my money back! Not everyone is rude but most are. Then two days ago they forgot to put my nuggets in the bag after I drove from park heights to that McDonald's I was so hungry. I drove so far because the park heights McDonald's closed at 1am when they weren't supposed to and I had nowhere else to buy food! Just make sure you guys check your receipt and your bag!

This particular experience was stellar. The manager came to greet us at the table to just ask us about our day. The food was hot and fresh, and the location was newly renovated and clean!

I had to wait in drive thru for over 9 min. They gave me the wrong order. Cashiers were texting and taking orders. When they did give me my order EVERYTHING was cold. So I then had to turn around and go back worst experience ever.
