I had a wonderful quick lunch with my toddler at this location. We parked in the shade in the back of the property, which kept our car cool during lunch. They were actually doing in-person ordering for the drive-thru, which I thought was neat. My child and I sat at a table and ordered via the mobile app. Our food and drinks were prepared and delivered quickly, without any issues. I do miss being able to refill my iced tea myself, without bothering the staff, so one ⭐️ off for this minor defect in the new system.
The Quarter Pounders are supposed to be cooked to order. Somehow, these workers have managed to skirt that requirement. The patties taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp. They are not as juicy as they should be. Corporate obviously does not know what's going on at the store level. I keep forgetting to phone corporate.Most locations in Maryland no longer serve all day breakfast. That was a hit or miss proposition anyway. Some stores offered breakfast all day some did not. You never knew which ones did until you walked into the store (or called).
Horrible customer service. Would not even give them a star if I could. Their machine was broken to take orders. They didn’t get my order right and gave me a hard time about the sauces and gave me the incorrect sauces. My whole order was incorrect and I am on a time crunch so it’s not like I can even go back.
Fish filet is really good, but was scammed for my money. The cashier needs an attitude check and better schooling to be honest or just fire her! Yesterday, my dad and I bought the fish sandwich meal with an extra sandwich since the 2 for $5 deal was discontinued for the season. The original price was supposed to be about $13.27 as calculated on the app, but she instead charged us extra for almost $15 since we didn’t do the deal. Very unacceptable! Don’t expect tips or manners next time we order here ?.
Placed my order. Went through drive through. They couldn't find it. Come inside. Ask for assistance. They claimed I picked the food up already. Which after he watched the camera he saw that was a lie. He calls his store Manager. Talks to her in SPQNISH. She must have thought she was clear to speak FREELY, NOt knowing he had her on Speaker. SHE SAYS THEY ALWAYS WANT SOMETHING FREE. I REPLIED I PAID FOR MY FOOD ALL OF US ARENT SCAM ARTIST. THE manager gives me her personal member. I text as you can see. Now that she' can be proven wrong NO RESPONSE NO APOLOGY!!!! THE night manager finally gave me the food @ 10:21pm. Racisism & ignorance even in Mcdonald's!!!! Lost my business my churches & my job!!!! Take my money our money where RESPECT IS A AUTOMATIC GIVEN SINCE WE ARE ALL HUMAN. NO MATTER WHAT COMPLEXION WE ARE!!!
I just wanted a coffee. It was late and I was alone with one lady ahead of me. She had some kind of account that allowed her to pick up a free burger. They scanned it but weren't sure if she was supposed to get it for free, which the register processed as what she was supposed to get. So to be safe, they used her points for the free burger, but then rang her up again and made her pay for it. It was just a few dollars so she shrugged it off and paid, but it was obvious she was supposed to get a free sandwich. They didnt care. Meanwhile, they had another register open and ignored me standing there for the 15 minutes that they took to rip that lady off, who was very kind and non-confrontational. It was really just an absurd situation to observe.
My experience was good, I usually find lots of home decor here, but it's hard during these times,which I understand. I've visited MANY Burlington locations and trust me there are worse, atleast the workers appeared pleasant. I do wish the lines wouldn't be as long as they are in all locations, pre covid so that's not the blame.

This McDonald’s is either keeping your change without saying anything or they’re unable to understand what you’re asking (lack of English speakers at times) it’s so many things I could go on and say about them however to save face and time I’ll just say check everything before leaving (receipts, change if using cash, and food/ condiments)The curbside is the best way to not deal and make sure it’s all correct. And is re only reason for the stars.
