I stayed at the hotel while attending an expo and the staff was amazing! I want to mention the incredible service of employee Lee Johnson-Lowe specifically. I purchased a mug for my daughter and contacted the hotel after she broke it at home quite a while after my stay. When I contacted the staff Lee immediately responded and sent a replacement free of charge. Service and kindness like this is extremely rare today and Lee is exceptional!

The security officers are very rude and even made threats to us during our COVID stay.Followed us to our room on the 15th floor making me feel extremely uncomfortable. They should NOT be treating patients this way!

Called the hotel on October 29 to inquire about hotel status and the famous rooftop lounge and after the front desk clerk (female) answered.... was basically scolded for asking and yelled at.. "we're closed" and hung up on. For a supposed luxury hotel this is unacceptable. If this is a covid 19 related closure and they continue to act this way then they deserve to go out of business. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that doesn't yell at their potential guests.
