Wrong order came out then when it was remade it came out with so much hot sauce on it it could not even be eaten. Item was taken off check. Service was fair and waiter was apologetic

Great server Breanna was fantastic
Our waitress was very polite and nice and knowledgeable of the menu. There were a few things that happened that I could not give all 5 stars for each category. She brought out two of our items and said X item will be right out the kitchen is working on it which we appreciated her communication, but there was actually 2 items that we were waiting on and I think one of them was forgotten about, which later had to be taken in a takeout carton because the wait was too long. We were never offered more water even after our table was visited numerous times with empty cups. Two out of three diners had ordered the power lunch and after we left they realized they never got their brownie to go. I still very much enjoy the food and atmosphere at Kona Grill, however I hope the service is just a little better next time.
