There is a young lady at this location who is absolutely horrible. She really needs to be fired immediately. In fact this location needs to be closed due to put customs service and supply shortages. However, back to this nut job at the drive thru window She is the epitome of the angry black woman stereotype. She has braids and wears chocolate color lipstick you'll know who I'm talking about when you see her. She was so nasty to me and all I Asked for was some hot sauce and she throw them and my change on the ground and started yelling at me to drive around front.
Gir with nappy messy ponytail was very rude, she clearly didn't want to be there. Didn't have crispy chicken, gave me half and half of some old chicken. Busicut was hard, everything was nasty. A waste of money. Just cause we in the hood don't mean we have to be hood..
Buyers beware, just left this Kfc at11:32 am. The manager on duty is preparing people food orders without any gloves. Then her uniform looks like she hasn't washed it in weeks ( the manager). When my daughter called her out, she says . " I washed my hands". No she didn't. She met us at the door,then went straight to preparing meals. Smh. Nasty. Don't support that Kfc.
If I can give zero stars I would, waiting for my order in the drive through heard someone say they wasn’t wearing gloves while preparing the food DISGUSTING makes you wonder why the corona cases are still going up ? NEVER AGAIN
There is only Drive-thru you can't order inside. And I got a 2 Piece Chicken meal, a breast and wing/ small baby wing and small breast ?
I stopped coming to this KFC and I was reminded why. This is the closest location to where I live and each time I take a chance on coming here it is always a bad experience. The last time, my order was wrong, they lied right to my face ,I guess I should've opened the box. Last time the chicken was undercooked, the time before that I left my card there and right before I returned someone had already ran up charges. The manger claimed he didn't see anything on the video. This is the worst perform staff ever, and the lines are always a mile long.I have no idea how this place remains open or why the franchise has not gotten involved. They don't even bother to respond to your reviews either.
I used to think the issue with this location was that the KFC and Taco Bell were combined. When they separated the real issue was revealed. It's just the KFC. If you like to gamble then this is the place for you! Will they be closed or will you have to wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars or less ahead of you? Will the staff be lukewarm or just plain rude? Will your food be warm? Will you have all the items in your order? Or will you just be served good old fashioned disappointment? Who knows! LOL! But I'm definitely done wasting my time and money at this location. Guess I'm not much of a gambler.
25 minute drive thru wait. Drive thru worker had headphones and was dancing instead of giving food. She was doing the Uzi shoulder roll while we were waiting on our 12 piece bucket. Gave us no mashed potatoes with our gravy. We had to remind her to give us utensils and napkins
I did drive for 25 mins, it should close at 10 pm, The time is 9:50 pm they are already closed. Is that business model? No more KFC
