Small chicken size. Known to sell stale chicken. Chicken gave my mother a case of diarrhea. Would give no stars if possible. Window worker was nice though.
Never coming again, speaker at the window said “here” while returning my card. Order was wrong, and they do not have a working store number. I regret ever finding this location.
I ordered from this store and the package arrived in a terrible state. When I tried to contact the store, the executive was extremely rude and refused to void the transaction. The order was completely spilled and in a wet state, I had to pick it up from a different location even though I had ordered it to be delivered to my home.worst service ever!!!
Man, it's 2022 and they still have their dine-in seating closed... It was quite disappointing. Hopefully it opens up soon.
Ordered a breast and wing meal and as you can see, the wing is no bigger than my thumb. Unacceptable for what they charge for a meal. What a shame that a restaurant would think this is acceptable to serve a customer who keeps them in business. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is the young man that took the drive thru order was very nice and professional.
Food was good and as expected but absolutely nobody was wearing their masks even over their mouths, just on their chins. I get that y'all have to talk into the microphones and the masks can muffle it but not by much. It calls into question how often folks are washing their hands, etc.
Food was good. Had to give less stars due to the wait to be serviced. There is only Drive thru option and the drive thru was wrapped around the store. The wait is long.
It's horrible that this business is too lazy to open the lobby for customers. Schools, churches, malls, and every other place is open except this KFC. It also creates a hazard on Rt.40 because the line extends past the parking lot to the road. I wish people would NOT support this establishment until they open their doors or at least provide an explanation as to why you cannot come inside unless you're a delivery driver.
Every time I come to this place the kid who is working the drive-thru on today December 17th 2021 is at minimum unprofessional. Today the machine was down for 20 minutes and once you're in the Drive-Thru you're stuck because there's a curb you can't drive over, which I can deal with because things happen. When I got to the window this kid laughed in my face that I was upset, proceeded to eat food and get grease all over the money he handed me back while he was eating french fries in my face, and then dropped the n bomb three times. I was livid and I hope somebody who runs KFC sees this and fires this kid because he's garbage. Again this happened at 2:45 on Friday December 17th 2021 if somebody sees this review and wants to check who it was.
I visited this restaurant at 9:30pm and ordered barbecue wings from the drive thru. I was out on hold and when the worker came back to the speaker she said they weren’t making anymore because they were closing at 10. From what I understand, you’re supposed to continue accepting orders until close to the cut off time! This is unacceptable. If the general manager was there I’m sure he/she would have made them cook my order. Unacceptable service
