Worst location I do DoorDash and the orders are never ready even after waiting 20 minutes in line because it’s only drive thru. Save your time go somewhere else!!
Not bad overall KFC has gone down. Worn out buildings and the whole experience not up to what you get at other food chains. (No not talking about Chick-fil-A) wish there were more modern locations and better customer service.
Food taste great but the wings a lil on the small side but other than that I can’t complain…ONLY KFC I WILL EAT AT …THE OTHERS SUCK BIG TIME!!!!!
This KFC didn't answer the phone to check if they had chicken so I drove over and when I got here they only had 3 breasts and 4 thighs or wait an hour for more to be made. KFC in this part of Baltimore is a poorly managed joke.
Food is always good..but to my surprise and I mean a surprise after I received my receipt and order KFC charged 10 cents for the bag to put my order in!!! What now do I have to save my bags or bring my own!!! Come on!
The service was "EXTREMELY", "EXTREMELY" slow (sadly slow) which is why I don't patronize your business often.Total for family was between the prize range as indicated above.Food was not even warm. Again, sad!!!

Honestly the drive thru speaker was so ghetto and rude, I asked for one thing and she straight rushed me to finish and I was like I only ordered one thing I’m not done then at the end she just said “pull up” I get there and don’t get told my total again and she’s just reaching her hand out for my cardI ask her what the total was after she took my card she was said in an aggressive rude way “you ain’t hear me the first time?” I was like no that’s why I asked even then she never said it. I tried asking for some ketchup and mustard and she rolled her eyes and started talking to co workers I get my bag and she’s just staring me down as if im holding up her line and I pulled off and she didn’t even put mustard in there like I understand if you don’t have it but you need to let your customer know that.I work 2 fast food jobs myself and she really just gave off McDonald’s energy, which really irritates me because why would you start an order off like that and end like that. I suggest get a new person on drive thru because that put me in a bad mood to eat my food
First it's slow. Second they sound bothered to serve. Most odd thing is I got here at 11 (working nearby) chicken over cooked they didn't wash me what flavor chicken the bread was hard rather have skipped lunch then to eat here ever again. Now that I read the comments about here. Yea it's exactly what everyone else said. Avoid this place if you can.
Incredibly rude staff (the alleged manager especially). They mess up your order then act like you did something wrong by wanting what you paid for. And why is the dining room closed at 5:30?
