Food was good, service not so much. I have to explain.2 employees sat directly in front of the register while 1 employee ran between drive thru and walk in registers waiting on everyone and filling some orders. The Cook helped me when I waited and waited for some butter and jelly packets. I figured the employees sitting in the dining room looking at their phones to avoid eye contact were on their breaks. Three stars because I knew what I was walking into and the food was good, although so much for the 5 dollar fill ups. Mine was 6.79 and the cookie is smaller. Everything is getting higher but it doesn't have to get smaller.I went back yesterday and ordered a pot pie and sat down. After sitting there and waiting for 5 minutes, I heard a female employee yell " who sold a pot pie, they are 23 minutes from being done in the oven. The store was actually out of several things. Including ice tea.I looked at our receipt and saw we were charged for 2 bags at 5c each. We only received 1 bag and we didnt need any bags because we ate inside. I am confused. This place will close by the end of the year at this rate.
this is the second time i went to kfc & my order wasn’t what i ordered , like i dont know how hard is it to look at a screen & place the stuff in the bag correctly
This is the first time in a while that I've had a bad experience at this location but it took 45 mins to get my order with only 2 other people in front of me. I was willing to over look that, till the teller literally THREW the bag of food at me. I always believe in being polite to others, I wish I'd be treated the same.
Food was good. Wasn't happy with the constant foul language the employees were spewing between each. Wanted to say something to them about their lack of professionalism but decided it would not do any good.
They actually got my order right, which other KFCs seem to have difficulty with. Extra Crispy chicken with no wings. No to mention, their price was cheaper than other locations.
The food is good but the prices are outrageous since all the covid and inflation you get way less products for the money and everything is smaller they wanted to charge 34$ for 6 chicken legs and they are smaller than they used to be
Friendly staff but staff had given me all crispy chicken when I wanted my 16 piece half crispy and half original the sides were correct
The food was hot, fresh and delishious and friendly, professional staff... but that was AFTER the 40 minute wait in the drive thru. The longest a car waited at the window was 12 minutes. It looked like only 3 employees working between 1 person cooking, 1 person doing lobby cashier & order prep, and the 3rd person doing drive thru cashier & order prep. A reasonable wait time would have earned 5 stars!
Don't bother coming here. Every time I've been by recently - both times before the posted closing times - nobody has responded over the intercom to take an order.
It's a shame you can't go in n order something. Drive thru only. What's the point of having a dinning area n you don't use it. What's the point of having Registers and a front counter if you're not going to take orders there. Don't come here
