The location and parking were key on this trip- running errons. Yes, the food and service were fine as it usually is.Not exciting, just good.

Sanitation is an issue in dinning area, no outside trash can for customers, inside service and food is Great
Customer service was great, they just need to fix the loud speakers for the drive through. It's been like that for years, like more than 5 years.
Drive through speaker broke but service was nice and food was good.
WORST KFC I have ever been to. 6219 Belair Rd. Can't even read an order. No help from management. Won't even answer the phone. Col. Sanders is rolling over in his grave.. KFC Going to hell and fast.
They were short of staff, no one had aprons on, only 1 person had on gloves, there was a crowd of people waiting on food, none of the staff had on hair nets. The manager had on flip flops on. Me and my homegirl, standing next to each other. Am waiting for to finish her order so I could do mine , as soon as she was finished her order the manager walks ?♀️ off !!! Umm ....Excuses me!? Hello!! Ready to give you my orderI had to ask my homegirl, you see ? me? She said yes! I see?you. She said you see me? ? yassss I see you ?, Lols ? ? ? , okay I thought I was invisible ? ? for a minute there . She lucky I wasn't a food critic she would have got a big fat FFFFF
Better prices than the other KFCs, but they gave me the wrong pieces, even after trying twice.
The cashier was very kind but gave me da wrong food. I was glad i checked by food before i left. I thought that was crazy. The manager apologize for the mistake.
