Eventhough my order was hot and correct, it was also nasty. The fries tasted like fish and had SO MUCH salt on them. The crispy chicken sandwich was overcooked....not burnt but overcooked. It was dry and in some spots chewy. I asked for my receipt and was told that the printer was broken. I asked if the cashier would just go to another register to print and was told "It doesn't work like that" as she laughed.
I was not able to order online, went there today. The door was locked, not sure why did they do that. Order 12 pcs of fried chicken from the drive-through. The guy told it was $26+. Didn't even buy it.
Stopped here today for a quick small meal my experience was not great. First they had a problem with change. So I made it easy for them by giving them the exact amount which seems to be a big problem. This ended up taking several minutes to fix. Let me make this clear the young girl working the drive thru was extremely pleasant the whole time. She was in fact A- I understood her not being able to open the register without the manager on duty to assist her. A second young lady came and still I’m just sitting here. Finally I assume he was a manager or person running the shift comes & correct it.Ok so I get my food pull away to the side to check & see that it’s all in the bag. I get further up the road to find out the soda machine needs to be serviced so I turned back around this time to bring back for another one. The same guy meets me at the door, take my cup and says I’ll bring it to you. In just that short time of 5 minutes I have to get out go into the store to get my drink of a half filled cup handed to me by the young lady who was working the drive thru. The manager acts has if he was bothered by me coming in. Well Sir you forgot that I was waiting on my drink for 5 mins. I walked around to where you get your own drink and Mountain Dew & Sierra Mist both shoots out all over my hand. Just bad customer service period. ??This could’ve easily been corrected with the right Manager working. 2:30- 3pm shift 3/12/22
Got wrong Order !!!!!! XFC won’t answer the phone when I called NOW I WILL CALL CORPORATE OFFICE !!!!!! This is Not Right!!!!!!!!
Nasty attitudes, unprofessional.If you dont want the Job let someone else that do get the job.
Please don’t order from this place I ordered a 3 piece received 2 pieces I work 30 mins away. When I called 3 times nobody answered the phones.the chicken is old and dry. I contacted corporate.

Drive thru was slow as hell and the line was extremely long. I was told to wait in front for my order and that took 35 minutes. I had to go back through the drive thru to let them know I was still waiting because at 1 p.m. the doors where locked. As I told the young lady how long I was waiting and still no food it almost seems that they even forgot I was waiting. Get all the way home and the order for one of my items was not right. I never again in life will go to this kfc!!!
This is the worst KFC in history of my 38 years of life.. im an uber driver. There door was locked at 6.15pm so I went through the drive through. They didn't open window. Instead she does sign language. I say I don't understand signing im not deaf. I tried to get this persons food. Seems like they didn't want to do any work. I was the only their. Wearing a white uber hat with matching uber polo. So now the person I talked too and folks that no me will never go their EVER...
