the food was great and the employees were respectful. even though the outside looks dirty, the inside is quite clean. i ordered a rice cake soup, and it was salty and delicious. wonderful experience overall

I only give Jong Kak 3 stars because although the food was good, their service is horrible. I called my order in, and came in 30 minutes later to pick it up. I walk up to the front desk area. One guy is behind the desk and he ignores me. 2 other workers walk by and don't say a word. At least acknowledge I'm there. Finally after waiting nearly 10 minutes I got to pick up my food and pay. Customer service is just as important as food quality.

They have the BEST fried chicken I've ever ate. The "beer" is awesome as well. Everything comes in BIG portions so most meals you can split.

The food is delicious and the service is good. The prices are a little high, even before inflation started. But the food is worth the high price, I think. It’s nice that they are still open later in the night for night owls and young people who are hanging out with friends late at night.

Awesome place! Loved the food and the atmosphere.

Everything was really good, the service was just slow the day that I went. We didn't get our menus or drinks for a while and pur appetizer was kind of cold. They have karaoke rooms to rent upstairs and a bar up there as well. The empoyees were very nice.

Amazing food, some of the best Korean food I've had. The bi bim bap was filling. Get any variation of the pancake and some cream soda!

I ordered k-style fried chicken. I guess the k doesn’t stand for Korean. This tastes nothing like any other Korean chicken I’ve tasted. It’s boneless and bone -in which I definitely didn’t order. I smelled the old, burnt grease before I opened the bag. I moved past that to taste the exact smell in the mix-match chicken and not an ounce of seasoning to cover it. Will never order again. Jazz-soju needs to open back up.

Really good place. Food was delicious. Although it was kinda weird that they came by every so often to flip the meat on your grill. Every Korean BBQ place I've been to has you Cook your food. The seafood pancake was delicious but kind of small.

It doesn't get any better than this. There was a wait so they put us in a karaoke room for about 10 minutes, what fun. Then back down for the Korean BBQ, seafood pancake and bimbinbop. Everything was fantastic, the staff kept an eye on us and ensured everything was done to perfection. We have 2 kids 7 and 9 they both loved it.
