There was a bug in my food n it wasn't pleasant... I just watched the tall chick with red hair come from off the floor and start making sandwhichs without washing her hands ?♀️? SMH ! Who hires these people

I love Jersey Mike's. Service and food was perfect. Now I know why the line was long. Staff got us through so quickly I thought our food was going to be messed up but it wasn't. It was so yummy.

I'm actually from New Jersey and have to say they did a good job at commercializing Jersey style subs to those who don't know better. I first heard of Jersey Mike's in Oxnard California and was very impressed with the food and customer service. The service at the White Marsh location is decent, but kind of rushed and they ALWAYS add too much mayo no matter how much I emphasize "very light mayo" Today an older gentleman in front of me was a bit annoyed with their fast and impatient mannerisms, the cashier noticed this and made matters worse by snatching the $$$ fun his hand. I like the store , but not the service at the White Marsh location.

I place online orders 3/7 days of the week, AMAZING STAFF & SUBS! They always get my order right! I put my coworkers onto jersey mikes & they also prefer this location. I’ll go out of my way to come here. Haven’t been to subway since & jimmy johns just why bother???
