Found out about Jerk Taco, randomly walking down Hampden, and smelled the Curry seasoning in the air, from what looked like a row home, but, was a storefront! They were closing on that particular evening, so, I vowed to return during regular business hours, to see what's really good!ITEMS ORDERED:Curry coconut GOAT Burrito ( SMACK!?)This Burrito was too damn good! Packed with hefty chunks of Curry GOAT, rice, plantain, cheese and sour cream; it was spicy and refreshing! You almost have to eat it with a fork, because, the wrap even gets overwhelmed by all the carribbea action within the Burrito!Curry Chicken Tacos (SMACK!?)With mango salso, habanero sauce and lime in it, these tacos have married the taste or spicy with the sweet, to male a bomb-azz Ttaco! Talk about gone within minutes!So, if you arefeeling the vibes for some delicious carribbean food, come on down to Hampden, and stop at Jerk Taco! Trust me! You will be riding that wave!?
I was in the mood for tacos and came across this place. I placed my order over the phone and waited about 20 mins to receive my food once I arrived to the restaurant. Friendly staff and the food was great! They have a unique menu, as I’ve never been to a Jamaican restaurant that has tacos /burritos on their menu. I ordered curry chicken tacos, jerk chicken tacos, coco bread,chicken patties, side of plantains, and side of rice & peas. My food was fresh and hot….and definitely delicious. The chicken patties had a nice spice kick to them, which they were a little spicy for me lol I can’t wait to go back to try some more items off their menu
Nice to find Jamaican food in Baltimore. I ordered the curry chicken dinner. Consisted of rice and peas, cabbage, plantain and of course the chicken. It was delish. The beef patties are to die for! My hubby ordered the jerk tacos and jerk quesadilla and I am definitely ordering both next time, they were phenomenal!!! Will definitely make another visit to them.

Ordering from here was the best decision I've made this week. The jerk chicken was flavor-full and juicy. The plantains and rice were great and and plentiful. The ox tail sauce spices were very tasty with a perfect hot level (imo). First time I've had goat that was delcious, my favorite today. Can't wait to try some burritos next time! Thanks so much ✌️

I would have taken a picture but the food smelled so good I ate it before I got a chance. I order jerk chicken and curry chicken. Both were amazing! I highly recommend.
Some of the best jerk chicken I have had from a restaurant since leaving Jamaica. Tender juicy well seasoned chicken with perfectly cooked plantains. I did not get the peas and rice because I don't eat those. I also tried the beef patties. They were flaky seasoned and have my belly that warm not hot feeling that good jerk should give you. I'm going back for more today. I definitely recommend
I enjoyed every bite of my jerk chicken meal- like plate was clean.I’m originally from Miami,Fl and both of my parents are Jamaican and this jerk chicken plate was the closest thing I’ve tasted to my favorite back at home. My boyfriend also got a chick pea burrito and he ate it all. 10/10 definitely support!I will be back to try the other menu items :)
This little spot on the Ave packs some big flavors! Jerk Taco is easily my favorite burrito in Hampden and food spot on the Ave. Their beef patties and Yardi plates are the truth too. I highly recommend this place!
