I have not ordered from them directly but my sons school(Thomas Jefferson elementary ) had them cater for a school event and the sandwiches was very good the meat was fresh and it was very good I had two sandwiches I am going to have them cater a event I have coming up because I was very happy with my food

My job ordered from them and it was suppose to be for Thanksgiving lunch. The food was horrible, the mashed potatoes was chalky, it was like a mixture of grits and potatoes. The presentation was horrible. We had fried chicken, which was dry, over cooked, and not seasoned. We only received 4 carrots in our meals and they was small. The bread that was included was hard. Overall the food was horrible, cold, and not seasoned.

Had them come cater for a high school reunion. Arrived on time, food was ready before time and the food was excellent! Would highly recommend.

I ordered the executive box lunch for a meeting. The lunch included a sandwich (they have a good variety) a bag of chips or pretzels, a dessert item like a cookie or brownie, and a piece of fruit. The participants loved it. It was a hearty sandwich that tasted pretty good. And it's relatively cheap at about $11 per box at a minimum of 10. I'm definitely going back next time I need to schedule a meeting at lunch time. They were also ready when I arrived which was great! Wish I had tipped better ?

Quick delivery

Our employer ordered Jays for an appreciation lunch. Boy was my vegetarian option sad and disappointing. What a mess. There are raw mushrooms on the sandwich and the all of the toppings have been thrown into the sandwich and are coming out. The bread is also just sliced sandwich bread. Glad I didn't pay for this.

Had a Cheese Steak Sub. Was okay.

The worst lunches I’ve ever experienced.

Great food, professional and fast!!!

I miss Jay's take out. The Reubens and Rachels were a mainstay for me since getting hip to them in 2002-2003. Thanks for the food and memories.
