My suggestion would be to post what you need to do before you are screened. . When I headed to Baltimore last week I didn't have to remove my laptop, belt or shoes. coming home today the people were rude.. one women said... "I know she told you to take out your laptop, because I trained her" even the few people behind me were confused. it's a stressful time and I understand TSA deals with allot of people.. Gosh. signs would be good to have..

Ordered a large smoothie and confirmed the size with the cashier (well mannered smaller framed girl). Another worker came back from her break to finish making the smoothie (she looked like she wasn’t up to health code standards either, extremely long nails, mask not covering her nose despite making food in a very crowded place). She poured it into a medium cup, leaving a significant amount in the blender. When I mentioned I ordered a large, instead of trying to understand the situation that she literally just walked into, she got a really bad attitude and started arguing with me and we had a bit of back and forth before she talked to the other girl. The blender clearly had a lot more smoothie in it that was meant for me, and she was about to throw it away anyways, clearly not caring about the situation. The first girl was okay, but the second girl needs to seriously mature before she should consider working ANYWHERE. An establishment that hires a woman like that deserves 1 star, regardless of the other employees.

Just one worker for a long line but they were a rock star. Took a few orders, made a few orders, chugging along as fast as possible.

how are you a business and have no one at the stand ? stood here about 15 mins still no one came!

Had a connecting flight in the A concourse and grabbed an orange sunrise (I think that's what it was called). It was just what I needed for a quick pick me up! Staff were friendly and served the patrons quickly.

Terrible customer service and shame on Jamba Juice as a whole. Besides the prices increasing and ounces in each drink size decreasing, I was told that to get the rest of the smoothie that was left in the blender post pour, that I had to pay $.53 for the cup. Meanwhile I just paid $17.50 for two smoothies. It’s actually laughable that someone would have the audacity to say that. As a former employee and team lead at Jamba Juice, where i spent my high school years working, I know that there were always styrofoam cups for that exact reason kept below the counter. On top of that, I watched her pour smoothies into the wrong size cups, having to re cup them and throw away the old cup. Perhaps the staff should be held accountable for cup waste, not the customer.

Have always bought a Jamba Juice when I come threw BWI. Went to go order today and the guy at the counter said he need all my information for contact tracing before I ordered. No one will ever get my information when I want a drink or food. How come no one else is doing this at the other food vendors? Why just Jamba Juice? Not happy.

Jamba Juice has always had a policy that if you don't see one of your favorite flavors on their menu, you can ask and they'll make it up for you. That wasn't the case at this location. Now they've got my favorite back on their menu, so I don't have to hope - I can just order.

Always a good option for me when traveling but long lines, long wait for your drink, good product, steep prices at this location at BWI Airport.

I've had great experiences at this Jamba Juice. The majority of the staff AR friendly and helpful, and they make drinks super fast. They also have a lot of vegan options, soy milk and soy protein options for most of the smoothies.
