I went to this restaurant this past Saturday night around 11:30 pm or so. The food was spot on but three of the female employees at the front were mocking a customer. One of the female employees at the front on the cash register was very loud and cursing very loudly at the register. Furthermore, the woman was complaining about the restaurant being open and had her earphones in the entire time. I get it's late and busy but no establishment should allow employees to behave and speak this way in front of customers. Loved the food but not sure if I'll be back....
The food was excellent! I didn't know this place was open so late. The cheesesteaks were phenomenal. The seafood linguine was really good too! The wait was a little annoying, but it wasn't too bad. The young, heavy set, caucasian lady, that was near the drive-thru was really rude to the cook when he was bringing out the food. That was very embarrassing because the store was packed with customers. A manager should've corrected her. This was Monday morning around 12:30 am. We stopped to get food after a concert.
So I’ve ordered from Italiano’s now twice and there are a lot of positives. As others have said, the staff is friendly. I went late on a Friday night with a large group and they were very accommodating and attentive ; it was 14 of us total and we dined in. Everyone enjoyed their meal and so did I. I got two appetizers and a dessert but they were filling enough to almost be an entree. The carrot cake was sooo moist and delicious!! I got the spanakopita (spinach pie), and pita with tzatziki sauce along with French fries. They fry their French fries pretty hard so beware of that but they were still really good. Other ppl in my group got their fried chicken, a salad, a gyro, pizza and other things and everyone was more than satisfied.Through grubhub on another day I got their banana stuffed challah bread French toast. Both were absolutely delicious with generous portions. I would highly recommend and would visit/order from again. I only deducted a star due to one of the water pitchers being dirty when we dined in.
My meal was extremely delicious. It tastes just like home. Everyone should try it out! I can tell their chefs knows what good food is supposed to taste like. I am going tell everyone I know how delicious your food are.
first timer....Cod fish sub was very good. seen a lot of desserts.....you evil people...putting all those delicious desserts up front for folks to drool over......how dare you. But they must be good cause while I waited, some guy came in and bought about 4 or 6 damn cheese cakes with strawberries......over $100......im going back on Friday to fund out what that cheesecake is all about...trust me.
Very good customer service. Friendly staff. I've never ordered food from here, only picked up orders through work like Uber/door dash. But I always enjoy cooking here because the staff makes you feel like you're a part of the team. Thank you for the experience.
If zero stars was available it would have been that linguine noodles mixed in my food crispy chicken supposed to been sautéed this was horrible

I brought a single crab cake dinner coast me 29.99 the crab cake was nothing but bread filling it was terrible the bake potatoe was nothing on it plain potato the cold slaw was ok. I will never buy from THIS place again
Taste bad and over priced but cleanharbors guys love it.
