Second location I visited today because there was horrible customer service at the first one. Get here & again, HORRIBLE customer service. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged just for her to say they only take online & app orders. Smdh. I'm done with Insomnia Cookies. Keep all of them!
Please be cautious ordering online!I ordered my cookies through doordash and provided my address and phone number, and it says that it was delivered, but cookies were not received. I called the store, and they said that they would do a redelivery, but once again after waiting an hour, no cookies arrived. I received a refund from Doordash, but am severely disappointed in the lack of delivery.
This is the worst insomnia cookie in Baltimore.. why is this the only one I gotta call my order in.. also the lady that’s works there never picks up the phone .. she had me waiting for 20 mins then gave me the one moment finger & still never came to the door.. service horrible ..
Poor customer service. I placed my order, arrived at the location and waited. No one greeted me, asked about my order, etc. after 20 mins I inquired about my order since the employees didn’t care to ask. They responded “ we don’t see it”. I don’t expect a red carpet when I’m picking up something simple as cookies, but a little customer service would be nice. This is a business.
I have had issues with my delivery order with uber and have been refunded. I had the same issue again and I called to make the bakery aware that this wasn't a uber issue but an internal problem that has happened several times. They listened and corrected the problem more than enough. The problem should not of happened but it was corrected 3× fold. That is good customer service. I don't remember the guys name who resolved the issue but thank you. That is how a business handles its customers and is much appreciated.

Fair warning, the Charles Village location is NOT doing in person orders, only pickup and delivery (within a certain radius, $6 order minimum).I found out the hard way after appearing in person. Some signage is def needed. Reason why I took off a star. Small staff but they were quick once I placed the order on my phone. The two cookies I had were warm and delicious ?. Not too soft, right amount of thickness and sweetness. I like firm, crunchy cookies ~ think blue chips ahoy and Famous Amos/Oreo lover ~I got the Vegan Birthday cake cookie and the double chocolate chunk. A bit pricey but worth it. I would recommend and visit again. I love cookies and generally can be a little picky but they exceeded my expectations since it’s been several years since I’ve purchased or been in store.

I took my mom here for the first time today and she absolutely loved the cookies just the answer I was waiting for we will definitely be back no more great cookie for me
Attempted to order and no one answered the phone, went to the location and it states you have to call in order to make a order, though the location is open no one came to the front of the store, just ledt you standing in the front no matter how much you call out to someone. Trash experience, I will not be back.
