Absolutely love this place. Every year we come to fells point and always stop here for an end cap after a night out. The cookies are amazing and so many different flavors.
The staff at the Fells point location were phenomenal! Nice. Helpful, and even threw in some extra goodies since they were about to close for the day!
We went Today after dinner and the customer service was great, it was clear how much pride the employees take in giving their customers a great experience. We got a couple of cookies and a brownie and it was delish. We were so excited to eat it that I didn’t even get a pic before we all started digging in!
I had to ask the coworker for the manager name who is Caprice. Caprice was rude and very unprofessional, I’ve never had a problem with no other insomnia cookies except that one she is very loud, and the other day I walked in with my son she was on the phone cussing and fussing and then tried to rush us with our order, as she got frustrated because I guess we weren’t fast enough for her she mumbled something under her breathe and yelled for the employee to help us with the order as began to walk out when I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it, just ignored me so I asked the employee.Really hated that I had to go through that.
Always delicious especially late night when you cannot find anything!

Very good don't eat these cookies if your on diet you will get hooked
I know why it’s called insomnia cookies. Because you will be up all night long $h!++ing your brains out. 10/10 recommend if you need to evacuate all of your insides. We’re all so sick. Do not eat here unless you take a preventative bottle of pepto. Not gonna lie the cookie was good though.
Cookies are delicious however same problem with staff. We arrived at 1:00 pm they open at 12 pm. She didn’t say hi or hello which is fine not a lot of people in stores/companies do. She then proceeded to let us know she just opened and the cookies are not warm.... but you opened up an hour ago??? Again that’s fine but little dissapointing since we were excited to try out the cookies. The cookies are still good cold thankfully. She just kinda rushed us out during our experience which was our first time (she also was aware it was our first during on of the short conversations) just figured by the name you should have friendly staff and smiles.
Went in at 10:45am just to look at the menu because we are doing some work at the hotel next door. I was immediately shooed away by a lady worker, no smile no hello, “uumm we don’t open til 11.” I told her I was just looking at the menu. She scoffs and studders and has this upset look on her face, so I just tell her “it’s ok I’ll leave.” I rather buy cookies at 7-11 then give my money to some rude worker.
