Wow this was my first time trying these cookies and they are amazing. I bought 2 boxes which consists of twelve cookies each customized to my liking for about $22.00 per box. The cookies were warm and chewy but still a bit crunchy on the edges, totally satisfied my family’s cravings.Customer service was also amazing and fast.
Coldest and stalest cookies I have ever had in my life. Not to mention the M&M cookies were clearly left in the oven too long. The separate box of chocolate chip minis were the only ones that were fresh. Spent $22 on a box of bricks
I went to pick my order up and the door was locked. I had to mouth to the gentleman inside that I placed a order online and I was there to pick up. He kept signaling to me that they were closed. He finally came to the door (super rude and with a attitude) asked the name for the order and then slammed the door. When he came back he tossed the box at me and abruptly slammed the door and walked away. Never again will I go to that location.
Looks like they switched to a new POS system. Seems like they’re unsure of how to use it yet. They are currently NOT honoring the teacher & nurse appreciation week promos yet. Cookies still taste as great as always lol
Have purchased cookies from this locations several times with no issues. Today’s experience was not the case. Ordered our typical 6 cookies, 4 of them were great, and unfortunately the 2 Snickerdoodle cookies were extremely soft and definitely undercooked. Looks like they were packaging the cookies in the boxes as they were leaving the oven for each customer that came in so perhaps some were not completely baked. I did not have time to take the cookies back to the store but in the future, I will definitely be mindful of checking out the cookies before I leave the store.
Cookies looked like they came from a box. Very low quality. Nothing special. Beware of the over priced products.

Insomnia Cookies is exactly what you think it would be....a great place to resolve that craving for something sweet. In this case, only a Mint Chocolate Chip cookie with a scoop of Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream on top would do. I needed this treat to resolve all the worlds problems this particular afternoon. Good news... it worked. The cookie was warm. The ice cream was sweet. Yummy! All served with a smile. Nothing fancy, but when you need a cookie.... you need a cookie and insomnia cookies was there.
Most of the cookies are really sweet (I personally don't love that), but I diee for their white chocolate macadamia nut cookies! They are sooooo good!Staff is also really friendly here
