it's a cool place to visit enjoy the customer service very well
i give this place 0 stars. i had never been to a hooters and was super excited to go with my boyfriend but as soon as we entered the server was rude. we ordered alcohol but was told if i took a drink we’d get kicked out because my ID was vertical ((from a different state but still over 21)). we had ordered food but didnt even touch it and walked out because by that time enough was enough. the manager called the police on us and followed us around but they did nothing but agree with us. hopefully they replace the staff so the place feels more welcoming
I went to the Light st location and was not at all by far happy with it. The service was mediocre like she didn’t wanna serve us. Food was nasty as ever, customer service sucked then she had the nerve to slap a gratuity on a party of three. Just because i am BLACK does not mean I don’t tip. I was gonna leave a $20 tip just because my son had mad questions that the server didn’t wanna answer. Very unsatisfactory and i will most likely never return here.
We have always loved this place. My husband and I have been coming here since 2009. Our kids love it here and it's always a great time. It does seem like it's more bar then restaurant lately. The menu options seem a little slim. However the service is still great and the food is still good.
Food was delicious- service could have been so much better! We were sat right away and order was taken. After that our waiter sort of disappeared. The manager brought out food out promptly and answered any questions we had about the menu for further ordering. But the waitress was just NOT present. I’ve been waiting about 10 minutes for my card back since giving it for payment…..And if you were wondering NO! The place is not busy …. She has 3 tables…. With 2 ppl at each…. At this point I’m annoyed BUT I WOULD venture back for the food… with a different waitress.
My friends and I have never went to hooters before, making this our first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very polite and our food came quickly. It tasted amazing. The manager was very polite and seemed proud of the people working there. I would give this experience a 10/10 and we thoroughly enjoyed it! This was the highlight of my trip to Baltimore and I would love to come again.
Food was ok but service was severely lacking. Waitress disappeared several times without checking back in on us to see if we needed anything. We ate dinner without drinks. Then when it came time to pay the bill we had to stop and ask another waitress if she could bring it because we had been done eating for 15 to 20 min. The bill already has gratuity included we asked to adjust how much of a tip the waitress received which the bill clearly said gratuity was at the discretion of the customer and got a full line of questioning from the manager. We told her what the issues were and she was very unprofessional making smart comments that were not needed. Hooters there is a bunch of good people needing jobs be more selective on who is representing your name!
I wanted to give a big shout out to the shining star server of Hooters Baltimore who made our entire experience today.While other servers were sitting at the bar talking, texting on their phones and generally ignoring their guests, Emma was attentive, efficient and was able to get our order to us in under 15 mins despite being told the kitchen was an hour behind. Thank you Emma for understanding your job and doing it with the highest level of professionalism and care.
In a half filled restaurant, it took them 20 minutes to seat us. Then 30 minutes for the waitress t take our order. The drinks took 29 minutes, the food another 20 minutes, one person, longer. The food was okay, not up to Hooters standards. All the waitresses were badly over weight and looked terrible in their little outfits. Overall it was a disappointment
This Hooters was the worst establishment I have ever been to. The only good part was our waitress Jenn, who was training another waitress and still managed to be attentive. The food took an hour and a half was was subpar at BEST. Manager wasn’t doing her job at all. Super unprofessional and got discounted for half of our meals because they knew they weren’t doing good.
