Update: I found a full grown ladybug in my food ? and my order was wrong. I don’t know how to feel.Check your food before you leave because they always forget something and still charge you.

Definitely order the CYO options to get what you like! We always order pickup from this location and we’ve learned that when we order during busy times we wait maybe 5 minutes more than usual, which is totally fair when the store is packed. The people working are always kind and helpful if we have any questions about our orders. They have a good amount of vegetarian options and they accommodate other dietary restrictions! Overall good, filling food and good service!

Disappointed this evening...my son and I love honey grow. As a nurse on the go I typically order before work at least 3 times a week so I have something nutritional to eat. This was are first time ordering from the St. Paul Street establishment, we usually order from Dock street but because of a time differential we decided to order from St. Paul street and well the photo speaks for itself. They gave us both a half container of food. They forgot the drink (had to go back for it). Poor service. I think we will stick with Dock street. I should have read the reviews first this seems to be an ongoing issue.
They seem to prioritize mobile orders above all else. I've been waiting 40 minutes. Meanwhile, a flurry of mobile orders get serviced in rapid sequence. They give no priority to dine-in customers.Seriously, the mobile ordering phenomenon has ruined the "fast casual" experience.Please consider at least balancing the priority between in-person and mobile customers.
Update: The food is very delicious but only the sweet soy sauce is flavorful. This is our go to place for dinner and lunch. This place is a great place to eat healthy and eat well too! My only problem is that their measurements are off. The attached picture shows a bad example of how the container is not as full as it should be. I find myself having to add a lot extra in order to feel like I am getting a full container; in other words a full meal.
Ordered online. Did the customize your own stir fry. I wasn't happy with the price though I added meatballs and shrimp total about $20. The taste was good I would try other options. Fresh made to order. Order was ready upon arrival.
I only ordered the honeybar, and it was not bad. Definitely pricey, but it was a nice one time buy for a cute little dessert and they did fill it up pretty full.
Sweetgreen has been my go to place for their Kale Cesar. When i came across the Kale Cesar at Honeygrow, I said to myself that I would see which one i liked more. The candied pecans at Honeygrow made all the difference and is my winner for sure. omgggg so good i cant wait to order again!
