This was my first time ordering here and it was great! It was just what I ordered. My food was hot, fresh, full of flavor and affordable. My noodles weren't over cooked and I was able to add some many veggies. This was a great option for me because I have a special diet and many places near where I work do not have food options that cater to me. So, happy that I found HG. Will order again
I love this location. It’s so clean and the service is a 10/10. The employees are very friendly from the moment you walk into the door. The food? 1000/10, just delicious. I’ll be visiting this location over and over again. I am very impressed.
I absolutely LOVE HONEYGROW, the workers that don’t take time to get your order right when you must pay extra for each extra ingredient, NOT SO MUCH! I ordered the stir fry with brown rice and they forgot the rice! I took some time away and decided to go back because my son loves the food just as much as I do especially with it being a healthier meal option. I ordered 4 stir fry, 2 for my son and 2 for me. My second order had NO SAUCE! Just please please please PAY ATTENTION ESPECIALLY WHEN SOMEONE IS PAYING WELL OVER $40 for an order.
The Food is amazing and very delicious and filling!But on top of that I was far more impressed by the outstanding customer service from this restaurant! I am a new customer and plan to return many more times !
If I'm paying $4.90 for beef, it should be a hearty portion. I like trying new places, sometimes I get disappointed like with this order. There was an abundance of cilantro ?
Today, I had the worst customer service experience at the HG location @ Harbor Point, MD. Ordered my food online. My food wasn't prepared when I arrived. I was told they hadn't received my online order & of course they found my order once I showed it to them on my phone. Wait time: 30+ mins. Got home (appox. 1 hr away), I discovered they got my order wrong. I opened the carton & had a bunch of bland rice noodles & scrambled eggs vs what I ordered: 1 x CYO Stir-Fry, 1 x Rice Noodles (v, gf), 1 x Scrambled Egg (gf), 1 x Organic Baby Spinach (v, gf), 1 x Sweet and Sour Onions (gf), 1 x Roasted Garlic (v, gf),1 x Organic Baby Spinach (v, gf), 1 x Chives (v, gf), 1 x Cilantro (v, gf),1 x Sesame Garlic Sauce (v),1 x Extra sauce on the side.I"M OUTRAGED!!!...I will never come to this location EVER AGAIN coupled with I've got to wait 1-3 days for my refund. -10 stars!!
I eat here about twice a week! I just wish they would fill the containers though. For $12 I at least expect the whole box to be filled. Other than that I love it there!Update: Like I mentioned. I eat here at least twice a week. Today my stir fry portion was a bit less than usual. When I asked for the normal amount that I’m accustomed to, I was told they’d have to charge me extra. I guess I have to give this location a break, because this surely isn’t my money’s worth.
I travel for a living so I’m always looking for good food, something I can order and take back to my hotel. HoneyGrow popped up, I looked over the reviews and decided to give this place a try. Let me say no regrets! They were fast in good. Everything looked so good, but I decided on the seasonal stir fry with chicken. I will recommend this place to friends and family.
Walked in on 9/17 to the supervisor or whatever she was raising her voice at other staff in front of customers. Then when I asked for extra sauce she got an attitude. I love the food but very unprofessional.
I just moved to Baltimore from out of state and this place was on my list of restaurants to visit. I must say I am thoroughly impressed. The cyo I got was definitely good and the honeybar bowl. 1st time and it won’t be my last.
